Me a ido muy bien

Very disappointed. I booked a room thinking it was 300 front street, as i have been to that building before and I totally loved it. I get there just to get told by host that the building is actually at “12 York street”. I get there to 3 gentle men who gave me info on the room. We get to the room and the room literally smelt like a trap house. The carpets were filthy, the tables were dirty and there was only shampoo In the bathroom no body soap. Everything we touched felt greasy which was gross especially during all this covid stuff. He then texted me saying if security asks don’t tell them your room number give this room number instead which made it impossible for me to get in and out of the building without coming in through the garage. I want a refund.

The property itself was OK, but the logistics and communication to get settled into my suite was poor. Took me 35 minutes to get the keys and actually get settled in- not cool

Hotel is very centrally located in town, easy walk to most areas. Quiet and warm. Recommended!

La ubicación es muy buena, el sistema de check-in es deficiente, hay que llamar para que lleguen con la llave. la llave no está accesible cuando uno llega. En mi caso llegué a la hora establecida y tuve que esperar como 45 minutos. Luego del check-out se tiene el problema que uno no puede permanecer en el edificio. El personal del edificio lo hará salir, así que si tiene que esperar más de 10 minutos por un taxi o ser recogido por alguien, tendrá que hacerlo en la calle.

The place and location were great but getting the keys and having to find an envelope to drop off the key was a bit inconvenient.

The room is in a great location! The building staff and amenities are super nice. Gym has everything you need to do any workout. The room was a different story. The oven had no door and the tv didn’t work correctly. Our check in took over 4 hours of which I had to pay for parking in a nearby lot until I could get into garage.

This place was horrible it was nothing but a hassle to check in and park the condo it’s self was filthy! I’m assuming the owner of the condo walked right in in the middle of the night.... and said “oops I didn’t think anyone was here tonight”

Check process was the worst, no keys were left, took over an hour to check in and that is after multiple calls to the 1-800 number for assistance. Was finally advised keys were left in unlocked condo on kitchen counter, only to get there and door is locked. Was then advised to walk to another building to get my keys. Condo was nice though, no coffee maker as listed in description.

DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!! You will regret it! Terrible, clueless service department! Oven literally had no door to it - second bedroom had no full door - kitchen cabinets hanging from broken hinders - dishwasher completely in pieces on the inside - microwave didn’t even work! I think they pad the reviews with good reviews to bring Up their star rating. Texted them on day 2 of our 6 day stay with all the complaints listed above and they “still” have yet to not be complete unprofessional cowards and reply to me!!! I am still very upset about how they ruined my stay in Toronto! Again, DO NOT rent from them! They need to go out of business!! I am tempted to call the building inspector on them and really shake things up! I communicated to them I deserved a partial refund - this was so sad!!

Terrific views of downtown Toronto. Hard to contact people who run it, bathroom fan could not shut off, annoying as all hell.

The instructions from the owner was different from the staff at the front desk. It was confusing and frustrating. We got to the front desk and was told to go to another building to get the key. When we got there, they told us to go back to the first building and the key will be in the room. I was also asked to pay upfront of $300 cad for security deposit. I thought that was odd but I actually didn’t get charge for it since nothing was destroyed. But overall, the place was clean and it’s located right to the CN tower. It has an amazing view. The shops/bars/restaurants are walking distance.

A localização é sensacional, perto de tudo em Downtown, pubs, restaurantes, atrações turísticas. O que ficou a desejar é que o apto era um pouco antigo, o Wi-Fi não funcionou nenhum dia, mandamos várias mensagens, mas eles demoravam pra responder e do nada um dia falaram que estavam lá na porta para resolver o problema, sem nenhum aviso prévio, e nós não estávamos no apartamento. Houve também demora nas instruções do check in, tivemos que ligar 3x. No mais, nos atendeu razoavelmente bem.

check in was terrible very confusing instructions and directions were sent last minute day of but the place itself was great just pokrly organized

$80 hidden charge for cleaning was way too much for a 1 night stay in a very minimally stocked apartment.

Check-in was confusing. The moment we opened the door it smelled of pine sol & mould. The floors were sticky so we didn't take our shoes off. The apartment was in a state of complete disrepair. It took us 15 minutes to figure out that the light switches in the whole place only worked when one particular light was on so a night bathroom visit was completely in the dark. The patio door needed a hip check to open and it was dirty. I looked through all 357 photos Sarkar had posted and I assure you none of them were the room I stayed in. The plastic bag on the ceiling containing electrical was very concerning was the plug in that was not actually attached to the wall in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but a pile of laundry was left on it. I was assured by the staff I texted with my concerns that it was clean and not for me to use anyways.

Great location, great apartment, some internals need tlc

Easy check in and check out. Things I didnt like: Towel was dirty (had lipstick stain) Outlet in washroom did not work
