I loved this place! Great location and the views were spectacular! I would definately go back. Owner was great and took care of us.

We ended up having to get a different hotel.

The location was great for our weekend away. The unit shower was not cleanest and there was web in one window. Parking was an issue to get into thanks to the security George he helped us figure it out so we would not have to worry about our vehicle being towed. In the future I will stick with familiar motel chains for holidays. Overall it turned out okay. The view of CN tower from one room was nice.

We liked the location. No hassles once we arrived. We didn't like that two of the dining room chairs were not safe to sit on. We had to call for check in info and it was not emails the day before as stated on expedia.

Wasn't sent the check in details the day before as promised. Had to call day of reservation only to be told that they have to move me to a different building as my suite had flooded. Not likely! I had prepaid for underground parking at the original building and now the new building didn't have their own parking and I had to walk to a nearby lot and pay $30 for the overnight. Still hoping to get my original prepaid $30 back. The suite had basic amenities but no coffee.

I never complain and I understand this is a condo but check in was thoroughly confusing and inconvenient with very few details provided up front. The desk staff for the building have been extremely rude and dismissive and there was no specific info provided on Expedia as to suite number, check in process, terms of amenities (ie gym hours). We had to track the company down directly on their website and call them as they didn’t answer the message we sent via Expedia’s portal and it was not thoroughly clean.

I didn’t even stay the night..... and I’m not happy at all with your staff and service, I accidentally booked the hotel and you guys wouldn’t let me cancle and charged me anyways.... I couldn’t even give 24 hour noticed because I book it the day of! I will never ever be staying in this hotel or any thing a part of the franchise and I will make sure everyone I know dosent either. I will give you guys a rating but the worse one you can get for all the help and convince you guys gave me. Thanks for nothing

Location is great. Apt is spacious and comfortable. The only issue was an intercom that went off at 3:30 am one morning, for no apparent reason.

This property was exactly as described: two bedrooms, one king and one queen, two bathrooms, a sitting area and a small kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was even a sofa bed (maybe not as comfy). The unit was spacious and the building was beautiful. The furniture was tasteful. Contrary to other reviews, the elevator worked perfectly. Parking was easy. The owner was available by telephone and gave us all the info we needed for check-in and parking. The location was perfect. We walked just about everywhere! However, the unit seemed to be in need of some minor TLC. Only one of two light bulbs in the chandelier worked and only one of two light bulbs in the kitchen track lighting worked. There were some dust bunnies in the corners and the windows were covered in cobwebs (on the outside) and desperately in need of washing. This took away from the overall experience. Nevertheless, our stay was wonderful and we would consider staying at this property again.

Kind of run-down condo. Pool was not at all like the picture.
