The location was amazing. Hope they are considering upgrade.

Room was clean, batheroom was lovely and had very nice products, staff at check in/out were nice. Location was great! Looks like the renovations aren't completely finished as our room needed proper window coverings, matching bedside lamps (one was truly awful!), had no wall decorations of any sort and needed another lamp in the corner as it was a very dark room. Bed was comfortable but it made a clanging down when you got i and out which was odd, like someone banging a steel drum. The chairs looked nice but needed tightening as they rocked side to side if you moved.

We have stayed here at the Driftwood now Sechelt Inn several times and have always been happy. The location is wonderful and the staff are pleasant. We noticed they had done some renovations which is great but the floorboards in our room were sticking up all over the place and the room smelled like a used life jacket. Also the heat/ac unit is extremely loud and the bed was not comfortable at all. But as far as motels are concerned it’s a very nice option especially if you have a pet.

Everything was absolutely great

Despite new ownership and a “newly renovated room” things still didn’t work like the coffee machine and USB charger.

Very nice, but an older building. They are renovating but my room hadn’t been done yet.

Lighting didnt work, shower curtains were rusty, shower was dirty and there was mold throughtout the bathroom.

This hotel is in a great location. Ocean view and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Not cleaning

Access to the ocean was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The attached restaturant was a little pricey; however the food was outstanding and the service top flight. One small shortcoming was the size of the pillows (a litle small). All in all, an outstanding experience

Liked the location- perfect!

The staff were amazing. The location was great for having kids and a short walk to the ocean. The room wasn’t the cleanest, little out dated. Lamps didn’t really work. The staff make up for this and it looks like they are renovating the hotel so could be upgraded sooner then later.

Had a beautiful room overlooking the ocean. Large comfortable bed. Very helpful front desk staff.
