En général bien. Nous avons entendu beaucoup de bruit à l’extérieur de notre chambre. Pas super insonorisé.

clean and pretty room .. friendly staff .. had a lovely dinner in their restaurant ’Geso’ where we felt especially well looked after - it’s the little things like being willing to serve our salads on individual plates even though we were sharing one, that makes the difference (not sure why this impressed me so much; maybe because we would definitely get an eye roll in Ottawa or at most the offer to bring an extra plate and you divvy it up yourselves) we will definitely book this hotel on our next Montreal shopping trip!

Very kind front desk staff and valets

The hotel is nice and affordable. The staff is excellent and very professional. Now for the BAD restaurant, the breakfast is cold even while sitting on a Sterno can warming up, not happening. The price on this bad idea for two $54.99. It was all you can eat but why stuff the belly with a cold breakfast. Walk out of the hotel make the first right hand turn and two blocks down is a GREAT DINER called ALLO MON COCO, on your left hand side. Enjoy!

We had a staycation at Sens Hotel due to some construction work at our place. We opted for the Junior suite and were not disappointed especially for the price per night. It is a relatively quiet corner of downtown but close to everything. The room itself had everything we needed and was large. We wish it had a bath tub but it only had a shower, but we already suspected that was the case when we booked. We actually were very pleases because it is one of the relatively few hotels that accept dogs and we had a large breed dog with us (Bernese Mountain Dog). We did pay a dog fee but the fee was a reasonable $20/night. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The only thing that we found a bit problematic were the room cleaning hours. They started somewhat late every day. We went out for the morning but by the time we came back at 1pm they still hadn’t done the room. Having a dog, we hoped they would’ve done that by the time we got back, to avoid the hassle of having to leave again while they cleaned the room and made the bed. However, the cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping horrible and noisy

Nice hotel. Very good value. You can see that some improvements were cosmetic, particularly in the bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable and classy.

The staff we're the best. So friendly and attentive day or night. It was really quite exuberant. Having on ste dining for drink dinner or breakfast was great as well. Although there are many many options within walking or taxi distance. Highly recommend

Wonderful friendly service. Rooms are very comfortably appointed. Location was perfect for getting around, close to metro and shopping.

Good location. Room wasn't the most luxurious - it was quite dark and barren, but bed was comfy and hotel was quiet.

Friendly staff, did not like that they did not offer sanitizing wipes and sanitizer in the gym.

This cute hotel was in a great location. Easy and quick to get to most places we wanted to see.

Would highly recommend staying at Sens! The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and modern, and it was in a great location - only 2 minutes walking to the metro. Would definitely stay here again!
