Few days in Calgary for a car servicing.
Very pleased with the “dog friendly” room and little extras for our dog. Often, we are given a neglected room and still pay full rate and extra cleaning.
The valet car service was great! Nice restaurant with good food at a reasonable price.
We will put this hotel on the top of our list

From the valet and front desk, everyone was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The parking roundabout is challenging at peak times, but the challenges mostly come from other entitled travellers vs the staff (who handle all of the pressure with dignity). Great location!

We are disappointed with this property.. I have stayed here a few times in the past and it was definitely better
we had to call house keeping to get our heating fixed as the room was colder than a fridge - when the maintenance guy checked the furnace vent the filter was caked so badly … then we had to call again as the pull out bed had no pillows or blanket .. the price we paid for 1 night was definitely not worth $400!!.. do better!
