Great experience! It was very kind when I checked in. The room was very clean and quiet, so my family could relax very comfortably. It was a great choice for us who went on a long trip. If I visit Frederickton again, I would like to stay again.

Nice clean and spacious room. No coffee supplies, but there is a coffee shop in the building. It is about a 10 minute drive to some restaurants. It was a quiet place to stay as we had a room in the back, away from the highway.

My room was cold first day then smell of burning meat like a bbq came through after midnight. Eventually it dispersed after a couple hours. Couldn’t sleep because of it. Second night was fine. Overall good enough for my reasons to be there.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Silverwood Inn, it was just what I was looking for. It is outside of the downtown Fredericton area so it was nice and quiet and peaceful, you could see the river from the parking lot. I had booked one of the bachelor suites and the kitchenette was very well-equipped, even more than I had anticipated. The room was clean and neat, not super fancy but very comfortable and cozy. I felt very safe while I was there. Jay the owner was very nice when I emailed him with some questions prior to my stay and when I met him upon check-in. All in all it was a very good stay and I would recommend! P.S. I didn't get to visit their bakery but it smelled sooooo good when I was checking in - next time I'll have to give it a try!

Our room was simple but clean. No staff on duty when we got there but had left the key for our room and a message through Expedia what room we were assigned. The property was safe. It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April.

They are currently updating/renovating rooms one at a time. Most are a little bit retro right now but worth the $74-$86 95% of the time. Some deadbolts have not worked. Some curtains are too small for the windows. A microwave didn't work twice. I've stayed often lately. All issues are being worked on and will be fixed. My biggest complaint is headboards are affixed to the wall and very dirty and dusty behind. Whoever came up with the reno (likely a previous owner) didn't think it through very well.

Hit or miss currently but they are renovating and updating one room at a time. It's never terrible but about half of the rooms need some work. Room 1 is sandwiched between the office and another business and has a very loud fridge. Many rooms have no screens and some curtains don't even cover the whole window when drawn. Two rooms have had no deadbolt. Microwave didn't work in two other rooms. Headboards are built-in and affixed to the wall, and very dirty behind.

Parking was fine

Convienent parking, well kept rooms. Friendly staff. It is a motel not a hotel but it is a nice comfortable quiet stay for a motel.

Basic motel but nice. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and decent quiet location. Nice nail spa in the motel.

Very quiet, could be cleaner. For a late night only sleeping stay it was fine. The beds were comfortable, they use detergent that has a scent so it was an adjustment. We would stay again if we had a last minute trip and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a hotel to just sleep.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay again when visiting Fredericton. The pastries and coffee in the attached cafe were an added bonus!
