All very good

Great location in Old Montreal. Everywhere walkable. No parking onsite, but we parked outside the city and took the Metro in. Easy but safe access. Convenient. Clean. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, kettle, etc. However, there was some maintenance that needed to be done. Broken chair, broken door to bedroom, broken air conditioner, uncomfortable beds with lumpy comforters. All in all a nice enough stay. Our family had a great time in Montreal.

It is right in the Old Montreal. Close to Metro. Clean and tidy. I’m in the basement unit. Sometimes I heard cars passing by. On the day I left, I left my luggage in the storage. When I return in the afternoon. I realized that the code was wrong, apparently I checked out in the morning and they stopped the passcode of the entry to the entrance and the storage room. Luckily there was a person at the reception that could help me to get in for my luggage and I was able to catch the railway back home

Location is perfect

easy access with code. room had all necessary amenities though i didn't use the itchen. easy access with stairs and elevator.

No staff and response is very poor

It was geared to family requirements, having laundry machines, a functional kitchen and living area for extended stays. Thanks for a great stay.

Great area. Safe and secure. Had everything you need. The bed was a bit hard and could use an update, but that is my one and only complaint.

Best place to stay, good to walk and eat

Love the in-room amenities—the room was clean and well supplied. I thought the provided earplugs were a silly excess until I heard a few episodes of screaming in the building. I guess this is to be expected when there are no staff onsite. It was difficult getting the keypad out front to work in cold weather. Some of the construction seems a little cheap and I can imagine it won’t age well but it’s fine now.

Great location and great communication. The suite was spacious and very comfortable bed!

The property is clean , near to restaurants and Via train station . It was easy to check in and out and quick response from the admin.

great easy clean well equipped space. Only issue is the pull ut couch is not good enough quality to hold two adults comfortably.

We expected concierge or staff during the day to answer questions. Knew there’d be no one during evening. But very disappointed to have no one available during the day.

The unit was very nice and the area is central. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby and public transportation is about a 5 minute walk away. The only negatives were the quality of the toilet paper(like sandpaper), the shower head was awful, a lack of hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom, no hooks or closet to hang jacket or coats and no tea towel for the kitchen.

This was a fantastic little place to stay! I really appreciated the kitchen and laundry machines, and there was both laundry soap and dish soap provided. An easy stay in a great location for a short Montreal trip.

Everything we expected! Nice and clean, close to downtown , had everything needed in the kitchen and very affordable.

I booked a room and liked my stay so much I decided to book again the week afterwards. I come to the city for work meetings. Unfortunately I booked the same room and did not get a dining table. I had to book a working space to be able to do my zoom meetings during that stay.

Wish there was better parking and our room was a tad cold at times (this we sacrificed for a lovely view) all in all a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back!
