The room was clean and comfortable, a bar of soap and a couple of wash cloths would have been nice. Other than that we were comfortable enough and I would stay there again.

Great location, very clean, but no soap, no amenities - precisely one towel - no hand towel or washcloth... and no sheet - just a heavy comforter as the top for the bed, so you were either boiling hot with it on, or had to take it off and then cold...

My stay at 109 Spadina Rd. was fine ! I got an email in advance that gave me the front door code to get in. There was no staff on duty, so I went to my room #3 on the main floor. It was unlocked and the key was inside the room on the desk. There was a communal kitchen nearby with a stove, micro-wave, fridge and sink. My room had a great shower stall , which I used both nights of my stay. The bed was big and comfy. The room did not have a TV or alarm clock. The walls are thin , so you can hear the people next door, and upstairs. I used ear plugs to get to sleep.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and with a nice shower. There was a pretty view of a large tree, but you could also see rotting furniture in the back yard/parking lot. That should be hauled away. There was an attractive back wood patio attached to the room. Needed sweeping. Also the large kitchen and laundry rooms were clean and useful.

Impossible d'aérer la chambre nous avons payé pour une clim inexistante. Chaleur étouffante. Bruit horrible de ventilation qui ne ventile pas. On ne peut rien poser nulle part. Photos trompeuses de la chambre. Il y avait même pire : des chambres en sous-sol avec lucarne !!! On n'a même pas rencontré le propriétaire en 2 jours ! Endroit bruyant. Avec une grosse voiture vous n'a céderez pas au parking. À éviter vraiment ! Seule mauvaise expérience au Canada
