The staff at reception was nothing short of rude. Inconsiderate and no customer service at all!!!! It is almost like they do not want your business
I will never return. We choose the option to pay at the property, however they charged my card the morning of my reservation and I planed to use a different card as the one I made the reservation with was just the closes one to me. It cause my account to go into overdraft amd incuring a fee. They did not even so much as apologize. Was just very argumentative with ne.

The Stardust motel was ideally located for me. It is easy to find from the airport and was situated between the church and the family home that I was visiting. People warned me that it had an unsafe and unsavoury reputation. However, it seems that current management is trying to actively change this and make guests follow the rules. The units have been recently renovated and mine was very clean.

Clean room. Appeared to be recently renovated. Excellent price. Easily reached from the main highway and well located to the event we were attending. A soft drink in the parking lot seemed to be the option for any type of snack or refreshment, but it only took my money.

The property was nice. Our room convenient to the parking lot. Area was an OK distance to the airport. Unsure of the taking pictures of your ID, keying your credit card into the computer, then taking your credit card on a point of sale machine for the deposit. When refunds on POS machines do not have to be keyed in. Was this overkill? Made me a bit wary.
