별로에요.. 청결도가.. 화장실에 x은하수가 그대로 있어서 청소하고 사용했어요 어매니티도 거의 다쓴 상태여서 가져간 거 사용했어요

가격대비 별로 답답하고 청소 제대로 안되있음 위치는 좋음 퀘백 여학은 최대 2박3일이 좋다 그 이후에는 할일이 없음 이런숙소 잡을바에야 도깨비 호텔 예약해서 1박2일 분주히 돌아다니는게 훨나음 레스토랑은 1640 꼭 추천

Bien placé, très propre mais une porte cassée donnant sur l'extérieur au 1er étage. Elle grinçait et claquait avec le vent.

El lugar es muy distinto a lo que se veía en las fotografías; sin embargo para lo que lo requeriamos estuvimos muy complacidos. Muy cerca del centro y de la calle principal, por lo que caminábamos muy poco. El lugar se encuentra en un vecindario muy tranquilo lo cual agradecimos Las reglas pegadas en el closet hacen que siempre se mantenga el orden

The price was reasonable for the location which was one of the only good things about staying here. It was obvious that there was not a lot of effort put into the upkeep of the studio that we stayed in. The shower door was broken. There was rickety patio furniture used for a table and chairs. There was a squeaky murphy bed (double) with extremely dated sheets and blanket. The sheets were stained and old. Even the towels were old and worn. They looked like towels from 20 years ago, mismatched and well used. All of this was disappointing but I understand that staying in Vieux Quebec is pricey and this studio was cheaper than most. However, the owner left a sheet with rules and tasks to complete upon leaving. Such as, - if it's garbage day, take the garbage to the curb. - strip the bed yourself and place the sheets and bedding in the bath tub... -If you're lucky enough to stay in a room with a washing machine, they actually ask you to put in a load of laundry to wash the towels before leaving!! -If things do not look exactly the same as when you arrived you will be charged an extra cleaning fee. I don't have a lot of faith in the cleaning that was actually done prior to my arrival, did the previous occupants clean the room for me? Or was someone paid to do it?

It was within the walls of Quebec City, everything was within walking distance. There was no laundry facility in our studio, however there was a coin laundromat across the street. The door to the patio/balcony was locked and not accessible. The property manager, was very prompt to reply to our inquiries via phone, as there is no one on site. Very cute and romantic

The placement of this property is excellent and the facilities available are perfect. The only complaint we had was that the bed was a little on starting to need replacement side.

pas de savon pour la douche,la porte de la douche était brisée,juste une petite fenêtre pour la ventilation,pas de stationnement.

Place was neatly orginized. Communication with super intendent was smooth Location is right in the centre of Old Quebec and everything is convinient to access

Nous sommes arrivé dans un logement aux limites de l’insalubrité. Aussitôt la porte très sale franchie, l’odeur étouffante de cigarette mélangée au parfum du désodorisant d’intérieur bon marché a provoquer une attaque allergique violente. Le degré de propreté des lieux a de quoi questionner sérieusement l’hygiène du propriétaire et mieux vaudrait procéder à une enquête et s’il y a lieu, songer à lui suspendre son permis d’hôtelier. Également, lorsque nous avons reçu le message initial de satisfaction, nous avons tout de suite signaler notre déception et aucune mesure a été prise pour corriger la situation. Tout ce que nous avons reçu est une réponse qui semblait être une formule préenregistrée. Horrible service, logement exécrable mais sommes toutes, bien situé et étonnement, la pression d’eau impeccable. Nul besoin d’ajouter que c’est à déconseiller

Excelente lugar en excelente zona. Todo fue como lo prometieron y el trato es personalizado y son muy amables los administradores. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excellent communication from the owner. Hotel was clean, quiet and felt just like home. Loved the location. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future. Have also recommended it to a few family members who are looking to travel to Quebec City.

Our accommodations were simple and adequate for the price. There was no the hot water in the shower for the two nights we stayed in the apartment/hotel due to frozen pipe. The owner was tireless in attempting to fix the problem and also offered to relocate us. We also rented the neighboring room which had hot water so it was not a problem at all. I was very impressed with her attempts to fix a very unexpected problem which could not be avoided given the below freezing temperatures over a New Years Holiday. I would stay again for a short holiday because the location was so perfect.

# 4 is basically ruined. Cannot even open window. Some furniture are broken, etc.

Very convenient location to restaurants, old town, attractions...etc. A bit dated but charming nevertheless. For those who want to be more independent and feel homey rather than corporate hotel type. Just like a little apartment in Europe :) Very positive experience overall.

Studio très bien situé. Equipements Salle de bains et cuisine très bien. Mais studio et couloir de l'immeuble pas propres. Lit inconfortable car matelas pas assez épais. Travaux d'aménagement en cours et non terminés. Escalier de l'immeuble dangereux au dernier étage . Mauvais rapport qualité /prix

Place was in very good condition, especially liked the kitchenette and very helpful host! Only possible complaint is that it did not have laundry facility in house as mentioned during booking details. It could have been painful if I had packed assuming it will be there.

The room is on the second floor. It's was hard a little bit with a stroller. There is enough space for two, with the toddler and extra bed it was tight. On the other hand, the hotel has a great location. I would recommend it.

Very close to down town. Everything closeby. The place could be a lot more clean.
