Staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and has all the conveniences necessary for a stay in peaceful and slow-paced Moosonee. Located next to the Northern Store and to the river, and just a couple of minutes walk from the train station, it is the perfect place to stay in Moosonee.

Our stay was pretty good. But in advance, I had sent a question and even a second time but never heard back. Our room was nice an clean. In the morning at the breakfast, there was no more orange juice or waffle mix and none around to tell. But the only really downside of our stay here was that there were no restaurants or stores open at half past right. So if you arrive late, bring your own dinner!

Lots of noise floor above us … and it was 2am

This hotel is the only hotel in Moosonee As a result Super8 clearly use that as a means to charge super inflated prices - by comparison I paid a similar price per night for 4* hotels in Montreal / Ottawa, and far less for much nicer properties in Charlottetown, Timmins and Cochrane. Very poor value for money.

Best Service ever - the Manager he did pick me up from the Airport personally!!

Service was questionable and the hotel workers were not always available. I also tried to work with Hotels.com and Super 8 to get refund for two nights. The hotel refused to engage in the conversation.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was also close to limited shopping and take-out meals. Moosonee doesn't have any dine-in restaurants, but a reasonable selection of take-out.

Really, really nice place! Staff were nice and rooms were very clean and cozy. Very new and modern facility with a tasty hot breakfast. There aren't a lot of options nearby for meals and the groceries are pricey, so I reccommend bringing food for your stay (fridge and microwave are in the room)

Even though it is in a remote area, the property is well maintained

Moosonee is a Wonderful place, with breathtaking landscapes and nice people but food alternatives are very limited and most service providers (taxi boats) are not service-oriented or focused on the tourists. This is not the hotel's fault but rather something the township can manage to make it more visitor friendly. I suggest the hotel manager to lead this project to create a cluster that boosts tourism and generates more progress and development to all the community. I would certainly visit the city again to head further north!! Thanks for all.

Very good customer service and very good and friendly staff. It’s worth the visit to go up and stay.

Lovely, we’ll-maintained facility in an area clearly not at its best now. It’s a beautiful area, I hope it’s fortunes take a turn for the better.

Front desk did not have knowledge of local attractions or activities. No recommendations.

Quinn at reception was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. They let us hang out in front foyer while we waited for the train and kept our bags as we traveled around

Lights in room not all working . Limited breakfast items . Expensive - only place in town . Rooms were nice and roomy .

It is the best place to stay in Moosonee. Quenn is very resourceful and always ready to help.
