Nice clean room. Kids love the separate bunk area. The pool was a lot of fun. It was shallow enough for the kids to use the slide without floaties, which was a plus. Good breakfast. Would book again. Thanks for a nice stay!

There are a lot of bad reviews on this hotel. However I don’t see why. I don’t beat around the bush with reviews. The rooms or at least the one I was in was updated with new furniture freshly painted. They are currently renovating their breakfast buffet area. However they still offered a small continental breakfast, which is not like other hotels. No waffles or sausages, and only hard boiled eggs. But overall I would stay at this hotel again.

Room is not recent. Everything appears to be old but hyper clean. Bed confortable. Hot water. Pour wifi. Lost connection continualy. It’s bad when it’s a business start.

Worst hotel. We got there our room smelt really bad. We complained so they brought a machine up to clear smell. It was and OZONE machine which is super bad for your health especially kids. My son couldn’t breath had a major coughing fit because of this , we couldn’t stay in the room had to book another hotel. First they told me they couldn’t do refund, after fighting with girl onsite I finally got refunded for our second night but she said she couldn’t for first night and that I would need to talk to manager . 9 calls and 9 messages for manager and never a call back. Weird the manager is never at work . Will never go back and recommend to stay somewhere else worst experience ever !

Premièrement à notre arrivé, pas de stationnement près de la porte, on nous a dit que nous pouvions se stationner tout autour de l’édifice, mais seule les places arrières étaient libre mais la porte d’entrée défectueuse, nous devions faire le tour de l’hôtel à l’extérieur, le jour de Noël à -20 degrés. La chambre est plus qu’ordinaire, les rideaux laisse entre la claireté, le chauffage défectueux ( ne se baisse pas) les vieux tapis plein de poussière, pas de comptoir de salle de bain, finalement ça vaut pas 200$ la nuit. Surprise du lendemain matin, ascenseur en panne. Nous avons séjourné à plusieurs répétitions, mais cet hôtel est laissé à se détérioré . C’était la dernière fois pour nous. Ps: lorsqu’on entre, aucun employé nous salut ou même nous regarde. Trop de monde au déjeuner, nous n’avons pas pu en bénéficier
