화려한 호텔은 아니지만 무척 실용적이고, 주변 상권도 대만족이고, 타지역 접근성도 탁월! 무료 조식은 경영진을 훌륭한 결단!! 데스크부터 청소 직원까지 열심히 일하는 태도가 인상적이었음!!!

방이 무척 따뜻하고 서비스도 좋았어요. 단지 다운타운과 거리가 조금 있는것이 단점 하지만 주변에 walmart 와 팀홀튼 등 편의시설이 많아서 good

우선 호텔의 위치가 큰 길에서 좀 들어가 있어서 찾기가 쉽지 않다. 건물은 꽤 오래 전에 지어진 낡은 건물이지만 객실 내부는 최근에 리노베이션을 한 것 같다. 아침식사는 딱 100불 전후의 호텔에서 제공하는 수준이다. 같은 가격에 다른 호텔이 있다면 그다지 추천하고 싶지는 않다.

The hotel is located between airport and downtown. If you have a car, the hotel is the best choice. In my case, the point is very good that It takes just 30 sec to go to the Wal Mart.

Staff were friendly and helpful but the noisy plumbing was scary. Also noisy people above and around my room at all hours. Intoxicated locals hanging around outside at all hours. On the plus side hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and stores.

The area around the property is nearby a Wallmart and Tim Hortons that is convenient. However, the area has a lot of homelessness with lounging around asking for money and cigarettes. It was uncomfortable leaving the front lobby to the parking lot. There is night security but perhaps during the day and present outside the lobby area. The inside was renovated from when I stayed here last year that is brighter and more inviting. The room service is at request which I didn't mind. My coworker checked in and the room wasn't cleaned up after the previous occupant. Staff was apologetic and changed rooms right away for him. Staff are friendly and helpful but can only do so much.

Uncomfortable stay, sink blockage, dust bin in the middle of the room, iron stand missing and whole night AC was not working unable to sleep…..

Rooms were big. Bed was very comfortable. The halls need some pictures or other updating. They were drab.

Five stars for the staff. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The building needs lots of repairs. The rooms are damp and smells like mildew. The counters, table top and bedside table were sticky. The carpet is filthy and sticky. We were advised on check in that room cleaning is every other day and that did not occur. Garbage and laundry from most of the rooms would build up in the halls. The breakfast options are limited and what is available is of poor quality. The hot food is cold and often still frozen in the centre. There was never any spoons available and cups were in limited supply often running out and forcing people to be drinking out if the waffle measuring cups. For a city that is heavily dependent on tourism this not what is expected given the price.
