총 2박을 했엇는데 처음 체크인시는 프론트 데스크가 없어서 전화해서 예약자 확인후 별도로 체크인을 도와주셨습니다 불편함없이 간소하게 진행되엇구 입실하자마자 깨끗함에 놀랏고 아 , 그전에 위치면에서도 놀랐습니다 이가격에 이런위치라니 전반적으로 공간활용도 매우 잘되어 있엇으며 다음번에도 다시 숙박할 의사 100퍼 잇습니다

Our experience was so wonderful we will definitely recommend and consider booking gherkin again. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room felt, smelled and appeared clean. The bed and bedding was wonderful, the space was homey, the kitchen just right for cooking in or preparing snacks or small meals. And the location was perfect, 10-20 minute walk to everywhere we wanted or needed to go. Definitely get your money’s worth here. The ONLY negatives were very limited TV Chanel’s and an uncomfortable couch.

The location is perfect. You can see the CN Tower out of the window and it is very convenient to ride UP express. The room is quite luxurious. However, it could be inconvenient regarding check-in because it doesn’t have reception counter. And I paid the deposit in advance at check-in, but it was still not refunded yet even after three days after check-out. If there is no problem after checkout, it is appropriate to get refund right away, but I don't know why it hasn't been done yet.

It was ok i clean for a living so the shower was not up too my personal stadards. Check in and out was super confusing. I was getting conflicting information. Then none of the lights were working. Overall it was ok

This is a great location and the building is fairly new. The place has a nice metro-city vibe. However, the unit needs basic upkeep and a major cleaning. Shower has mould in various places and the vanity is falling apart. The king size bed is way too large for the bedroom... You have about 6" of space between the bed and the wall. In addition, I paid $30 for a parking spot but could not use because I was never given a garage fob. After numerous calls I was told that no one would be delivering a garage fob and that I should find another overnight parking. The $30 I paid was never returned. Very unprofessional and total ripoff!

This place is like home so it was very comfotable. It is easy to get transportation. Can walk to CN tower, harbor, old toronto, downtown, UofT.... It is highrise building but some of the elevators were out of order.

Struttura al centro di tutto. Vicino alla fermata Union Station, Cn Tower, Aquarium, Scotiabank arena. Perfetto per una famiglia (noi siamo in 5). Abbiamo avuto un appartamento molto bello con tutti i comfort: lavatrice/asciugatrice/lavastoviglie e compresi tutti i prodotti per la pulizia. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare ad acquistare nulla se non da bere e da mangiare, ma tutto il resto è a disposizione. Non ho trovato elementi negativi. Struttura da raccomandare sicuramente.

Had troubles checking in and waited for a while to get the keys. Checked in by almost 8:30 pm even I informed them in advance There was an elevator not working that caused huge delay in getting to the 42 floor where the apartment is. So, that resulted in late checkout that they want us to be charged for even the lady we talked to said all is good and no charges, someone called for extra charges. If there is a charge, there should be also charge for the wait we had to do when we checked in!!
