They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!

Great central location, walkable to all venues. Multiple dining and lounging options. $12 taxi to Billy Bishop and health appointments. Communications were excellent. Opportunity in linens, shower curtain, bedding and mattresses could use an upgrade, but they were OK.
Recommend for your next TO vacation.

The check-in process was unconventional. It would been okay, if the owner contacted us a day before not just one hour before the check-in time. In the end, it worked out. But the communication could be improved.

Although the Expedia ad did say it was an aparthotel, it could have been made clear this was a rental of an apartment and was definitely not a hotel in the conventional understanding of the word.

We came to town to see a show at the Scotia Bank Arena and this apartment was in the perfect location! Also great to get to Union Station and therefore many other locations around town. The apartment is a nice size, with a nice sitting area and desk and little kitchen. Perfect for 2 people. The check in was not ideal because we waited almost 25 minutes for someone to meet us and that made us late to meet friends - so maybe select a time to meet and you will have better luck.

The property was nice, unfortunately the only reason I booked it was for the balcony. As we learned, not all the rooms have a balcony which was big disappointment. I feel this was not represented well on the site.
