Staff are amazing. Shout out to Jessica! Who is outstanding at her job. I was well taken care by her at dinner and breakfast. She is a gem! Check in went smoothly and the clerk said she had been expecting me. She was helpful when I reported no hot water and the bathroom outlet malfunction. Was offered a room change but on account of the late hour, I declined. I did receive a meal voucher which I used for breakfast.

Beautiful,this is a very nice hotel and has a great location.Rooms are spacious,well decorated, Bathroom is clean ,love the shower.Definitely recommend.Friendly staff

What a beautiful hotel completely took me by surprise. I wanted to stay close to the hospital. This was the closest was the main reason for picking it, but I would definitely stay here again for any other reason.
Lovely bar downstairs staff are very friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a 5*

First impression. Staff are very friendly and kind. Service was very good. Had breakfast and enjoyed happy hour 3-6. And also had dinner in the roof top bar. Very nice.

The breakfast isn’t complimentary but they have a wonderful menu which is in keeping with the high standards of the hotel. The management and staff of the hotel and restaurant are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

I am currently suffering from a hip fracture
I asked the member of staff about a refund for my stay as my wheelchair wasn’t available to access the disabled bathroom in my room because the wheelchair was insufficient to fit through the door.
He and the only member of staff ( front desk) promised me a refund, which has now been declined.
Thanks to Expedia - they have given me a small refund. But the behaviour and customer service at this hotel falls whey beyond my expectations.
I sincerely hope that future customers do not be disappointed/treated in this way.

Clean room, polite front desk attendant. Had a little difficulty figuring out heating/ cooling in the room. Too hot when I entered, so turned heat down. Got too cold at night, so tried to turn heat up, with difficulty. Maybe just me, not good with digital stuff. Cute room, nice bathroom.
