Very cute Inn and very well situated. However the bed wasn't very comfortable, very hard. And the shower head was sooo powerful it would flood the bathroom every time. Would I stay there again? Yes.

Wonderful location (close to many restaurants and the Port Credit GO station), and great apartment layout with lots of space! Will be returning! :)

Stepping into this hotel felt like accidentally time-traveling back to the 1980s... and apparently gold was on sale. If you're a fan of gold accents, you're in luck—everything seems to have at least a hint of it. The room itself was surprisingly clean and huge, which was a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the TV looked like it was auditioning for a dollhouse, and the only light switch for the room is by the front door. Once you're tucked into bed, your choices are either sleep in the dark or perform the "walk of shame" back across the room to turn the lights off. Bedside lamps? Those are clearly a modern luxury. Don't plan on waking up to breakfast at the hotel because there isn't a restaurant. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance later in the day, but breakfast requires a bit more of an adventure. On the bright side, parking is free, the room was spotless, and the location is convenient. If you don't mind a healthy dose of vintage charm and can appreciate a little nostalgia with your stay, it's perfectly serviceable. Just don't expect modern conveniences to have made the trip through time.

Incredible view on basically any side of the building you stay on, especially the view that’s on the same side as the front entrance, with kind staff, ideal location between Toronto and other local fun spots, as well as being a short 90 minute drive from Niagara Falls. My family and I would defiantly go back. Thank you kindly!

Beautiful location! Nice apartment style rooms. Great shower! The bed was hard for my preference but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I am giving this hotel 3 stars because I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The balcony window in my room was completely covered by a tarp blocking the view and making the room feel dark and closed in. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Better communication about the renovations would have made the experience much better.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel after the way they handled a genuine medical emergency. I had booked two nights for $535, but while travelling to the hotel, my 15-year-old son suffered an allergic reaction that required us to go to the nearest hospital emergency department. By the time I contacted the hotel, the cancellation deadline had passed, and they chose to keep the full $535. I understand that cancellation policies exist. However, given the circumstances, they could have offered a credit, refunded one night, or made some other reasonable accommodation. What makes this especially frustrating is that I had stayed here several times before and considered it my go-to hotel because of its convenient access to the GO train and Toronto. I have operated my own successful business since 1994, and I believe this was an extremely poor customer-service decision. They kept the $535, but in doing so, they lost a repeat customer and any future referrals I might have made. Sometimes following a policy may protect one transaction, but showing compassion and flexibility protects a long-term customer relationship. In this case, the hotel chose the transaction.

The room, 2 bed suite, was nice, clean with balcony looking over the marina. We had advised of only 2 persons. the suite could accommodate up to 6. Not sure if this was reason but kitchen was poorly equipped and may be utensils had been removed for our stay. Why would utensils be removed? The public areas were clean, but lacking any facilities of any kind. No vending facilities a surprise considering no restaurant facilities. It should be pointed out that many coffee shops etc. within 5 mins. walk. No local tourist information available in the form of leaflets. One request for information was directed to reception desk who advised us to consult internet. Staff, with odd exception, were helpful but 'surly'. did not appear to be very happy in there work. The reception desk was lacking in customer service skills, not happy and did not portray a pleasing attitude to customers. Despite the apparent negative comments, we would use the hotel again if in the area.
