Great location, great kitchen equipment, spotless, love keyless entry

Everything was great except the room next to “the beach” had an ac unit or fridge or some sort of electrical unit kicking in with a buzzing noise every 10 mins or so right through the night. Terrible sleep ruined an otherwise great hotel experience.

Had an ironing board but no iron. Bathroom sink wouldn’t plug. The toilet would tilt if you sat on it and leaned to the right. It wasn’t installed correctly. The second bedroom had a nightstand but no plugs any where near it. Had plugs down the side of one bed that weren’t convenient or safe to use. Had 3 sets of plugs on one wall in the living room. One could have been reversed to the opposite side of the wall and been in the bedroom near the nightstand. I understand that it is an older place but the flooring need attention. When they replace the flooring they should make sure they reinforce it so that it doesn’t creak. A little bit of lubricant on the door hinges would also help. Up dating the information that they provide would help too. Walked to the subway restaurant that didn’t exist didn’t make our group happy.

It was vey clean, spacious with all the amenities, full kitchen, section , unlocked Netflix account. Easy access to many restaurants and easy in and out of town to the main highways.

Great stay

Pros: -the room was clean and spacious (aside from a dirty bowl a previous guest put back in the cabinet) -very comfy bed and pillows of different softness available -nice decor -easy contactless checkin and checkout -plenty of towels available Cons: -there is a hidden $100 "property fee" that isn't mentioned in the listing and is only shown at checkout, and then another $100 damage deposit, so you will be paying $200 more than what you initially see for nightly rates. -the immediate area isn't the greatest. the "event venue" next door (which you have to pass by to get to the parking lot) is a strip club, and every time I passed by had some people lurking around outside while it was close, one time an unhoused couple having a loud argument -the laneway to the parking lot isn't well maintained, lots of broken glass and garbage on the ground, probably related to the above -limited free parking (5 spaces)

The hotel was spotless, charming decor and probably one of the quietest hotels I have stayed . The forest room is very small no closets but bed was comfy and bathroom amazing . Not much in the area for restaurants etc but if you need a place to stay and use your car really easy! Parking was as they said it would be .

it was great over all, you need to have codes to get in, bring ear plugs because you can hear music blaring and traffic outside. everything else was nice, felt secure

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures! Super convenient and well located.

The location was great. Public transit in front of building. Beautiful parks very close. Parking convenient behind the building. No elevator to access rooms but our mistake for not verifying before our stay. Not a deal breaker but if you have mobility issues with stairs it could be. Not really a complaint but a garbage pail, dish cloths and face cloths would have been helpful. I imagine if I contacted the management they would have brought them. Again not a complaint! It was our first time visiting this area of Toronto and it was great. I would definitely stay here again! Convenient to all amenities. Felt safe, quiet at night, very nice neighborhood. Room was nicely updated, beds comfortable and bathroom very clean and updated. Very walkable area close to Humber College. Full size fridge and freezer was convenient. Shoppers directly across the street. Visited Rabba grocery store on Thirteenth Street. Staff here are wonderful and a Tim Hortons inside. Loved how quaint this place was. Definitely would stay again! 🙂

Friendly and professional staff members and clear instructions of getting into my room a little bit of recommended restaurants in nearby area. So it was well done.

Gostei bastante da estadia! O quarto é excelente: amplo, silencioso, muito limpo e bem equipado, inclusive com itens completos de cozinha, o que trouxe bastante conforto durante a viagem. Apesar de o hotel ficar um pouco distante do centro de Toronto, há transporte público praticamente em frente ao local, facilitando muito a locomoção. Também existem boas opções de fast food, mercado e farmácia nas proximidades. Outro ponto muito positivo foi o atendimento. A equipe foi sempre muito solícita, educada e profissional, respondendo rapidamente às dúvidas e passando todas as orientações necessárias. Foi uma experiência muito agradável e certamente me hospedaria novamente.

The Westlake is cute but bring all your own stuff. There is shampoo, conditioner, body soap and towels but no extra toilet paper, nothing to cook with, no coffee pods to go with the machine and the stove has a note on it saying it is for warming only. We were in the Neverly Hills suite which is super cute but note: the flamingo wall (the attraction to the room)- you have to turn each light on individually and half of them didn't work and had burnt batteries. The floors are carpeted throughout except for the bathroom. Comfortable beds, Netflix available, lots of natural light. Parking isn't guaranteed, it's first come first served behind the building. There is other parking options near by if it's full. The Hotel is located above an adult entertainment club which we could not here in the room. There are locked doors, one at the entrance, one past the lobby to get the rooms and the room itself so it feels safe. I would say this hotel is not accessible, all stairs no lift to the upper floors and multiple doors to pass through.
