It was terribly dirty and smelled horrible

The 6 days we stayed; There wasn't any room service period. Taps leaked in barhroom sink and used towel to collect water while using. Fridge did not work. Half of the dresser drawers were broken. etc.etc.etc. I would not stay again or recommend this property.

Well to say this hotel was terrible is giving it more than it's worth. Pool , should be closed. Cleaning staff should be retrained!!!!! We got to our room, on the table in the room there was sticky residue from juice and there was a large layer of dust on the lamp. The tv didn't work properly, at least the front desk person came to fix it. We went to look at pool, there was a large rust stain on the floor . The pool itself didn't have circulation so there was scum on the bottom of pool, and dirt from the ceiling as it was also leaking. The door handle in the room was falling off. They didn't check the room to see if we needed refreshed towels, or beds made or new coffee. The continental breakfast.... white toast, yogurt and 1 type of cereal. As a manager myself, I take great pride in my work and my staff . If I had this there would be a lot to fix. My opinion is if you had good service provided, and added in some extra food at the breakfast. Plus had your pool maintained properly you would have a lot more business. As it is right now, I'm not sure how you are still open.

Parking was free on site. Staff were friendly. Entire building including hotel room have an over powering smell of Indian food from the restaurant in the lobby.

Mould on the shower curtain. Dirty tub. Dirty walls. Coffee maker with no outlet to plug in. Needs work

This was not clean. The pool looked like a tetanus shot after a dip. The main areas were dirty. Doors were broken. TV did not work. AC was not great. Staff at front desk was high and stoned. Free breakfast was non existent. And the orange juice had what looked like maggots floating around in it. The gap on the room door was really bad. And we were left with some pre cummed on towels. I have never left a hotel so desperately craving a shower in my life. If I didn't need a shower before. I needed a shower after to wash this hotel off of me. I am shocked they didnt have bed bugs. It was disgusting. I will never stay at another Wyndham hotel again

Do not stay here. The rooms are filthy and grimy. If they can’t clean the rooms then you know they are not cleaning the bed. There was blood splatters on the wall, mold in the tub, hair balls in several corners, dirty walls, exposed drywall. I have stayed in slot of hotels/motels but have never experienced this. There were no other available hotels and I almost slept in my car but played on top of bed and was out by 6:00am

A la réception le plancher et chaises étaient sales L’entrée où je devais rentrer pour monter au 2e étage pour ma chambre, il y avait des morceaux de pizza par terre escalier sale je n’ai pas voulu faire rouler ma valise sur le tapis A ma chambre, il y avait de la moisissure sur le contour du bain, rouleau de papier de toilette vide par terre à côté de la poubelle Le comptoir de cuisine etait sale La division qui rejoint l’entrée à la cuisine avait plein de miettes de nourriture et de saleté Le matin je me suis reveillée en peur par un bruit pour supposer que des oiseaux étaient proches sinon dans l’air climatisé de la chambre

Place is out dated, staff are nuce though

The room is it xkewn and nobody came to change the garbage or towels plus there was a non stop noise starting every night at midnight of someone moving furniture

Parking is easy Bathtub is filthy Floor is dirty Front desk is helpful

Had no complaints other than persons outside throughout the early morning hours drinking and smoking. Upon leaving beer can on steps, which was outside our room. Other than that no complaints.

Bathroom someone else's hair everywhere. Hardly anything for the so called Contental breakfast. Never staying there again.

The pool had clumps of algee in it, the wasn't working and the pool area was very dirty, the rooms still had garbage in behind the beds,the sheets were stained yellow

The bathroom towels had someone’s dark hair on them. We have blonde and silver. The areas are the tub were not cleaned and the back of the toilet was not

I was not impressed with my stay at all. When I walked into the hotel it was an over powering smell of curry, it didn’t look clean. Then going into the entrance for my room the scanner looked like it was tapped on, there was slabs of wood in the hallway. When I entered my room I noticed the dresser drawer was broken and there was mold ok the shower curtain. I advised the staff at check out and was meet with a lack of interest in fixing the situation. I then went for the continental breakfast and was meet with left over crumbed from the previous day where the Ceral was, bowls with dirt on them, the coffee canister had a build up of grease on it, the juice dispenser had left over juice from the previous day. There was no fresh fruit or anything. There was a staircase outside with a huge hole in the material and part of the siding to a door entrance to a room was hanging off. The pool was gross. I would not recommend this property at all. Was also advised we would receive our deposit back immediately however we did not. We called and then was told it could take a couple hours. We checked out at 745 am it’s now 12:34 pm and still have not received our deposit back.

When went into the room it wasn't swept ,used kleenex under one bed , dirt allover floor !

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The property is filthy. The room I stayed in looked like a teenager’s room and the teenager was mad at their parents and took it out on the room. Damaged, dirty, nearly broken furniture, moldy bathroom and a tv that the remote couldn’t shut off. If I wasn’t so short on funds I would have left and found some where else to stay.
