Amazing apartments with view of CN Tower and over the whole city. 2 mins from Union Street station, Blue Jays stadium and CN Tower. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the location.

Property was a little tired looking. Rental company hadn’t confirmed my stay with building security so couldn’t access until I had phoned them and they then sent email to allow me keys WiFi was down tried to contact letting company 2 or 3 times could never get response On the positive it was good value for money and convenient downtown location. I would stay there again hopefully with WiFi

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN CHECK IN TIME UNLESS PREVIOUSLY COORDINATED. There is no such thing as an early check in. The elevators were continually having issues that the staff would have to fix. There were long lines waiting to get on the elevators, up to 15 minutes. There were no electrical outlets in the bedrooms to plug in our phones. The condo needs to be properly finished and to get a new painter. It was difficult to find your way through the underground maze to and from the parking areas. Limited parking out front to check in and out. Only one key and key fob for condo so you always had to coordinate with everyone to arrive at the same time. Long lines at the front desk and only one or two people doing check-ins. We had to ask other customers where the elevators were and how they worked as no instructions were given at the front desk. I highly recommend get full instructions from the renter prior to arrival in order to have a seamless entry. It was extremely clean and the communication with the owner was excellent. He responded quickly and answered all questions with details. I would stay here again for short stays now that I know what to expect.

The fact that the elevators were not working yet the staff refused to take them out of operation. Staying guests were stuck in the elevator for 40-45 minutes and the staff did nothing to help them out,even when a guest’s blood sugar levels were close to them being in a coma.

Overall the place was great. Only bad thing that happened is that a naked man walked in on us while we were staying there and he may have been intoxicated. We called the cops and everything was resolved. It was just a traumatizing experience. Other than that everything else was great

Awesome place, great view, but finding it was very difficult. Had to call the number in the email once I arrived, then meet the owner in the room to sign paperwork, people at the front desk had no idea what was going on, this is more of an air bnb style place. Absolutely would stay again though!

The view of the CN Tower from the suite was awesome. We were on the 36th floor and from the balcony, the CN Tower was so near, it blocked the view of anything to our right. The Toronto night skyline was reminiscent of Hong Kong. The suite itself was great, plenty of room, lots of amenities. The only down sides were that it was a bit of a hassle having to phone the day before and again when we arrived rather than just go to a reception desk, and that one of the three lifts didn't work properly and got stuck between floors the twice I was in it, so if it arrived first, we sent it back to the ground floor and waited for another lift.

Great location downtown with access to everything. However no front desk. There’s only a security desk so if u need extra towels, it’s not clear what you are supposed to do. Fixtures were cheap and kind of rickety: rooms need makeover, Tv plugged into extension cord running across room etc.

Where do I begin, I suppose from the beginning. I booked this property back in MARCH for my stay aug 1-5 (3 bed 2 bath for 5). In June I was called saying there is a leak in the property can they switch my room (to a 2 bed one bath and a sofa) for THE SAME PRICE. I told the lady (allegedly at the front desk but it’s her cell phone) that wouldn’t work. She continued to tell me she would find another property for the same price I paid. Time goes on, she tells me there’s a property but refuses to send pics. (What I believed happened was they didn’t realize it was a busy weekend and forgot to jack up the price because this is what happend with the first property I booked). I then called Expedia the week before my trip and not until then was I told I will be staying in the original room by expedia. I then review a separate contract from the condo (outside of Expedia) saying I needed to bring a $1,000 cash deposit and pay a $75 cleaning fee upon arrival. We arrive aug 1st in Toronto at 7:30am. We asked to check in early but was told not until 3 because the condo was being cleaned. When we arrived at 3 a guy met us and took my cash deposit and cleaning fee before we did our room walk thru. When he left he said he would bring us back towels and wash clothes because there weren’t enough for us to shower. We then begin looking thru the condo and I really wish I could attach the pics and videos because it was DISGUSTING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Food on the trays in the oven and in the...

Overall a nice place with an amazing view and great location but did not end up getting the type of room I booked: ( 2 kings & a double sofabed) Arrived a coulpe of hours early for check in time because needed to go to a couple of places before hand.they asked me to messaged them what time my arrival was, did so and was told check in time was at 330. I knew that so told them no problem a minutes later was messaged i could head to my Suite. It was ready...but got there and no it was not...so the guy taking the payment gave me another room.... better view but was smaller appartment and beds were double beds. Not happy bout that. But updode its a very secure building.
