Original room had dirty cup left behind there was people smoking inside the exit door pool was not functional and wasn’t even able to get breakfast. There was so many people flooding the area to get breakfast so checked out early

Our stay was for a single night. The check-in process was relatively straightforward. The hotel's layout is somewhat disorienting due to its size, and there is no elevator available. We were accommodated on the third floor, which is the second floor when accessed from the main lobby.I had to contact the front desk to obtain the Wi-Fi code. Additionally, we weren't sure where the pool was lom itself was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The bathroom, mostly the tub area, was dated. The lamp in the room had weird stains, but it's all minor. We found the pool below the first floor. It could use a renovation. There wasn't a lot of seating.It was busy and cold. It wasn't heated. There isn't a hot tub and the women's bathroom was out of service. Regardless, we had a great swim but got cold have 20 minutes. The continental breakfast was great. It was a busy night at the hotel so it was kinda cramped and hard to find a seat but the options were good. There was yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, and a waffle maker. There is also machines with juice, water, coffee and tea. It was nice to not have to get breakfast and could head straight home. Overall the stay was good and the price was amazing. The hotel could do with some updates but then the price wouldn't be as affordable. It was also nice to park our vehicle near a door where we could easily access our room. The second floor would be the only accessible floor, the first and third are accessed by a lot of stairs.

It was our second time here in the same hotel and we just enjoy thr stay here whenever we come

Air conditioning was broken in our room first night and towels were not very clean, also no shower gels etc. Not sure I’ll ever stay in this hotel again.

It was ok, I ask for pillows and blankets as well as a towel they finally brought me the towels about and hr later but nothing else, then 30mins later brought the blanket, still no pillow....breakfast was terrible dry and over cooked fake eggs and sausage, also had no alternative options for dietary restrictions the dining are was soo crowded with no where to seat or walk. The beds were ok. Also has no elevators, It was not cheap to stay expected a lot more for that price. Very disappointing.

I said at Travelodge Barrie this weekend. Bed not made left clean towels never took dirt towels. Room looked ok at first entrance but air conditioner has dirt blowing out. Bathroom mirror had dust and grim along the bottom. Toilet and bathtub had noticeable dirt all along the floors bathroom tap was clearly dirty.

The front desk staff were very welcoming when I checked in. However, the air conditioner in the room was like an airplane engine, making it impossible for me to sleep all night. Breakfast seating was extremely limited, with only 42 seats. For a hotel with so many beds, this was far too few. We had to take our food and wait for guests to leave before cleaning the table ourselves. The food selection was also very limited, consisting only of eggs, breakfast sausages, toast, waffles, yogurt, milk, and a few oranges that looked stale. These two stars are for the front desk staff.

There was nothing that went wrong with the hotel or staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. However when I booked my room I called a 1800 number and they told me that I didn't need a credit card, when I showed up to the hotel to check in they asked me for my credit card but the girl was so kind and made an exception. So if anyone is planing to stay at a hotel make sure that you phone in and ask if credit card is needed. Other then that my experience and room was spectacular. Lol

The AC was making too much noise, we didn't pay over $300 for one night to listen to a loud AC all night.

The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly when assisting us with the TV, and the room was clean. However, there were a few disappointments regarding the room’s amenities. The bath towels were very thin, and only one bar of soap was provided, which meant it had to be moved between the sink and the shower. The most significant issue, however, was the air conditioning unit. The room was extremely warm and stuffy, and when the air conditioner was switched on it was very loud—sounding like a jet engine taking off—yet it struggled to produce any cool air. It continued running noisily throughout the night, which made it very difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep, one of the main reasons for booking a hotel.

Location was very poorly maintained. The garbage can in the parking lot was overflowing. The carpets in the hallway were stained everywhere. The shower head and handle were corroded, there was something stained on the headboard of the bed, the washroom in the pool area was out of order, there were only 2 small paper cups in the room when we’d registered for 4 adults. The towels were stained. We could hear the people in the room next door very clearly and their alarm woke me up at 6:45 am. The breakfast area was way too small for the number of people staying at the hotel. This should not even have a 2 star rating.

Très beau service, belle chambre, endroit propre et bon déjeuner pour le prix excellent.
