Good affordable stay

paid an extra $5.00 per day for a Deluxe room, but they gave me the cheapest one, to the point that they didn't even provide bath towels, and Expedia didn't report the type of room I paid for.

Great room and service

The staff were friendly and even helped me back out of a tight parking space without being asked. The price was appropriate to the accommodations and it was nice to stay at an independent place as opposed to a big Hotel chain. Looking forward to my next stay.

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. If we were able to find another place that had 2 rooms together we would have left. There was silverfish bugs in the bedding (I brought our own bedding thank goodness and cleaned the beds before). I'm not sure if it was blood on the lamp shade and wall behind our bed there were stains, food and God only knows what else all over the walls. The mirror was so dirty we couldn't even see out of it. There was random garbage and food (thank goodness no peanut allergies because there were peanuts all under the one bed) all over the floor. The tv didn't work, the wifi barely worked. The door looked like it had been kicked in at one point and let in a huge draft. It was a double room and only one room had heat leaving my husband and one child to freeze all night while my infant and I stayed in the room with the heat blasting and sweltering all night in attempts to push heat through. We called this the floor is lava room because we tried to stay off the carpeted floors as much as possible in fears we would be infested with something. Thank goodness there is alot to do in Niagara and we were able to only go into the room to attempt to sleep.

You pay for what you get. Rooms are dated and the bathroom needs a ton of work. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great place to stay considering it was the first place I’ve ever stayed as an 18 can be loud at times but that’s normal it is Niagara Falls lol me and my girlfriend loved it very clean and the queen room is substantially bigger then the king which was a plus for us

It is well-located, 10-min walking distance to the falls. The bed is also comfortable, but the room is dated and so dim. We were a bit shocked when notified that our room was on the ground floor, where everyone can easily reach outside our room. That made us worry about our safety. Ended up nothing bad happening, but you may have to think twice if you prioritize safety as your main concern when choosing a hotel.

The key of the place is the location and price. However, we didn’t get to enjoy our night’s sleep as the air conditioning kept was making a rattling sound all night. The mattress are not comfortable, but it would not have been a big deal if the air conditioner hadn’t kept us up. The rooms are kept clean.

Hospitality was great, very helpful management is very awesome and helpful was even allowed to park a few hours after we checked out, very clean and family owned. We most definitely will be staying again newly renovated also beds are very comfortable

La foto que aparece del lugar no corresponde, su publicidad en engañosa ,lo único que concordaba era la habitación pero la fachada del hotel que aparece en la imagen no es y nada de lo que sale en las imágenes tienen ya que esté es un motel pequeño de carros y el estacionamiento te lo cobran aparte ,que asco,esas cosas se deben mencionar además de que utilizan publicidad engañosa

Great location, comfortable bed, needs a renovation, but it was clean. Internet was not good. There was problem with the shower fawcet and some water kept running even after it was fully closed, wasting a lot of water. They charged a room tax of CAD 4,68, even though my reservation was prepaid and said all fees and taxes were included. I check and there is a room tax of CAD 4 in the city, but they shouldn't say all fees and taxes are included if they're not. And they even charged 68 cents as the regular tax over the room tax!
