주변환경이 아주 좋아요. 호수주변 산책도 훌륭하고 view가 정말 좋습니다.휴식하기 좋아요. .

Room was exceptionally clean. Location is great, centre of town. However, this means it is also extremely loud. We were possibly in the worst room (104) right next to the main entrance. We went for 3 nights and all 3 mornings, we had a large group of cyclists meeting outside our unit at 7:30/8am. They were very loud, yelling directions and riding plans — they would leave at 9am so sometimes over an hour of the yelling. At night, the pub across the street was thumping until midnight (?) and it was so loud. We had to keep our blinds closed the whole weekend because everyone could see right into our unit — and it was a constant stream of people in/out of the main entrance. The wine tour bus also seems to pick up and drop off right outside unit too so big groups of noisy people. Unit itself was really clean and had everything we needed but I would not stay there again because of the noise/location. We did mention we weren’t crazy about the location when we checked in and got the follow up phone call from the front desk but nothing was done.

Overall a pleasant stay. This is our second time at Watermark. We stayed in room 334. Nice lake view room but it also overlooks the pool which is quite noisy. So it made it tough to enjoy the balcony the room has. Rooms are well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Starting to get a bit dates in my view but still a solid room/property. Coffee and cream in the room is nice. Having glassware and dinnerware in the room is nice. The full size fridge is also a nice amenity. Some issues that could be rectified: - our bathtub drain did not stay plugged. Therefore, a bath for my wife was out of the question. We had to shower. Not the biggest deal and we didn’t feel it was a big enough issue to need it rectified during our stay, but this should probably get looked at by maintenance staff. - the TV in the main sitting area has issues. Almost a blue hue no matter what we tried to do with the settings so perhaps the tv is just starting to die? Might need replacing. - the bedroom has a large east facing window, so it’s incredibly bright at the crack of dawn which makes it difficult to sleep much past 5am in the spring / summer, even with the blinds closed. It’s a suggestion that the resort consider adding blackout curtains to the bedroom window to allow guests the option to keep the bedroom more dark first thing in the morning.

Nice hotel in the heart of Osoyoos. Right on the lake, walkable everywhere, nice pool and large rooms.

What an amazing place for a family vacation! The property is very well taken care of. Having 2 teenagers, it was so nice to have the condo-style rooms with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living area, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. The place is fully equipped with everything we needed to cook every meal while we stayed there. The outdoor pools and hot tubs were a noteworthy perk also. Our only complaint would be: while in the pool, we wanted to throw a football around and although there were no other guests in the pool, we were asked to put it away. I can understand if the pool was busy or the ball throwing was disturbing others; however, this was not the case. We saw the staff enforce a zero tolerance for balls and pool floats with several other families when the pool had plenty of space to accomodate those pool toys. Overall though, the room, the view of the lake, the location within town, the location to the lake and walk paths, the pool/waterslide/hot tubs/steam rooms were increbible. We will be back!

Lakeview was good. Balcony looked over the pool. Housekeepers came by daily for cleaning if you wanted. We didn't utilize the restaurant too expensive.

Check in and out was easy! The front desk team were great. Pool was well maintained and so were the rooms. Second time staying here and really enjoyed it. Will be back again. Amenities were great (ie fitness centre) and the restaurants on site. Thanks!!

Only one coment ; I wish dogs would be allowed on the patio at Restaurant Park 15

The location was central. Restaurants, cafes, and retail shops were within walking distance. Beautiful and up-to-date guest rooms. The bed was comfortable. 15 Park Bistro is recommended. The staff were very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Watermark, and will absolutely be back! Clean, quiet, gorgeous views (don't skip the lake view rooms!), and close to all amenities. I can't find a con to mention, it was wonderful.

Central convenient location and very comfortable accommodation.

Always our go-to place to stay when we are in Osoyoos.
