주변에 몽후와얄과 성조셉성당은 가깝지만 그 이외의 주요 관광지는 거리가 꽤 있습니다. 가까운 지하철은 도보 5분 정도. 기숙사 건물인 건 알았지만 이 무더운 여름에 에어콘 없이 묵기는 쉽지 않네요. 방과 공용 욕실 등 시설은 낡았습니다. 인근 숙박 시설보다 저렴한 가격이 장점인데, 딱 그만큼만 기대하셔야 합니다.

It was a cool stay at a cheap price. But as the security was not present during entry, i had faced considerable difficulty checking in.

Unfortunately the area around this property is not very interesting in the summer and there are no close dining options, the nearest is a 20 minute walk. This is especially annoying in the morning when you want to grab a coffee and a bagel somewhere. There is zero atmosphere here, all of the tourists are spread out around the property on different floors (which is very big) so there is no social atmosphere. The kitchens did not have any cooking equipment or cutlery etc. It was good to get a private room at a low price, but a hostel dorm in a better location would have been better than this.

Very uncomfortable: very hot, showers awful, mattresses awful, pillows awful, lighting awful, stairs awful.

Was great for a short stay.

There were stains on the sheets, the lights barely worked, there were swastikas and male reproductive organs graffitied all over the bathroom with shampoo, our towels and sheets were moist when we arrived, the instructions to get to the room were incredibly unclear, bugs were crawling all over the place 10/10 would recommend

NUL, Nul, nul. Seul avantage : sa proximité avec le centre-ville par le métro (30 min). Chambres minuscules, sales avec taches sur les draps, le sol… Frigo qui fuit avec grosse flaque dans la chambre. Lumière qui ne fonctionne pas. Douches communes minuscules, de l’eau partout sur le sol, quasiment rien pour poser ses affaires et un seul bac de douche partagé pour 2 douches, bof l’hygiène. Pas de clim, super chaud, la chambre est un four en été. 1 ascenseur sur 2 fonctionne sachant qu’il y a 16 étages au Bat B. Cuisine au RDC sale, ça sent l’huile de friture jusque dans le hall. Même dans un fast food c’est plus propre. Aucun ustensile, ni couverts, ni casserole ou poêle ou plaque pour le four, pas du tout pratique quand on est en vacances… = cuisine inutilisable. Service à la réception inutile : malgré l’état de la chambre, ne pouvait rien faire, n’a aucune solution autre qu’envoyer un mail (nous sommes là 4 jours, quel intérêt ?). À la fin du séjour, nous demandons si possible de laisser les sacs 3h le temps de se promener avant l’avion : non pas possible non plus. Soi disant pas de place alors que plusieurs énormes bâtiments. Je plains les étudiants qui y restent à l’année. Ne recommande pas du tout.

Great to remember the student years! Close to transportation, private, quiet environment, nice staff. I had a private room, very useful to have a mini fridge and a fan. Thank you ZUM!

It was nice having my own mini fridge and sink in my room but the noise was kinda ridiculous no one had any consideration of other people sleeping, doors were being slammed from 11pm to 4am I was woken up almost every hour by someone slamming the their door or having their music/phone volume up all the way having a loud conversation. It’s not the property’s responsibility nor fault it’s more that people were very inconsiderate of others

When there is really really nothing available during Montreal Formula 1 racing weekend, it is just ok, so you can find a place to sleep. Otherwise, don't do it.

Check in quite complex. Buildings not clearly marked. Hard to find check in desk without asking someone nearby for directions
