Die Sauberkeit war super und die Apartments sind wunderschön und toll ausgestattet. Wir haben eine tolle Betreuung bekommen und die Apartments sind auch toll gelegen. Es gibt sogar eine Dachterasse mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Strand direkt daneben. Man fühlt sich auch sehr sicher und auch die Anbindung an die Stadt ist perfekt.

Close to the beach and everything!

The perfect place to be in Santa Maria, wonderful appartment directly on the beach right next to the pier. Very well equipped, absolutely clean, friendly and helpful staff, we loved it! The only thing we would have changed is the mattresses, they are too soft ;)

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. When we booked the management contacted us to first say hello and to ask if we needed a transfer arranged from the airport to the apartment, that was appreciated. On arrival we met Sara the apartment manager who was so helpful getting us settled in, explaining details about the local area and giving us her contact details for anything else we might think of that we may need support with whilst there. The cleaners came in once during our stay to give the apartment a nice spruce up! The apartment had a lovely balcony that looked out over the town, apartments on the other side had ocean views, next time we will take an apartment on the ocean side! The facilities were spot on, clean and functional bathroom, well stocked kitchenette with pots, plates, oven/hob, fridge etc. Lovely reception room (which we barely used as we were out all the time!). The beds were comfortable and clean and there is nice local artwork throughout the property. The property is very well located as it is approximately 25 minutes from the airport, 1 minute from the beach and the local restaurants, bars and shops are a short stroll away. This is an excellent base for planning whatever you are doing on the island as it is central, easy to find and everything is accessible to you.

You have access to everything you need with a breathtaking beach. Everything you need and more is accessible with a distance walk. In the center of it all. The house is beautiful, clean and worth the stay. They will reach out to accommodate rides if you need it. The manager respond right away. Thank you for making my stay so lovely. I will return back for sure! I stayed there because of my sister and i recommend it.

direkte strandlage

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på Villa Ao Mare. Hver morgen når vi stod op og kunne høre bølgerne, når vi sad eller lå på altanen og nød et glas vin og fulgte livet på stranden eller lige smuttede ned og tog en dukkert… så følte vi os SÅ heldige, over at bo netop her. Hotellet er pænt, rent, roligt og hyggeligt - og så ligger det HELT perfekt i forhold til stranden og byen. Vi kan på det varmeste anbefale Villa Ao Mare.

L'appartamento è bellissimo. Su due piani con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Dall'interno dell'appartamento vi è l'accesso diretto ad una terrazzina "privata" sul tetto. Le virgolette perchè la terrazza è unica, ma divisa da dei recinti in legno che separano gli spazi di ogni appartamento. Durante il nostro soggiorno, però, sulla terrazza siamo stati soli. La cucina accessoriata e pulizie ogni 3 giorni. Tutto perfetto. I gestori sono stati super disponibili e molto gentili. Ottima posizione.

Contrary to the information from Hotels.com, there was no daily room cleaning. The apartment was in good condition and is very centrally located. At night there is security watching the building.

Appartamento molto carino, ottima posizione

Well l would like AC in all the rooms in the apartment. Some apartment only had AC in the living room. Therefore making sleeping at night very uncomfortable.

Mooi, schoon appartement op een goede locatie. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Prima accommodatie, volledig en smaakvol ingericht. Uitzicht op de oceaan en binnen 20.meter van het penthous stap je zo de azuurblauwe oceaan in. Erg prettige communicatie met de eigenaar Paolo Mastrotto.

Wunderbare Unterkunft am Strand und doch in der Stadt.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great, right at the beach and short walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. We had a rooftop terrace which was lovely! The wifi was ok, but it only worked in the living room. We had some issues with running water and we went almost a day without it. We were also without electricity for about 8-9hours but this was a problem in the whole Santamaria area. The soundproofing was bad, we could hear everything from the street and surrounding apartments. The staff was mostly very polite and helpful but some came across as unfriendly. Overall we had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Sal.
