Very nice little hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location for walking places and choices for restaurants and cafes. Room was very nice with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Florencia and her staff were fantastic. I recommend staying here. Good value for money.

The room was great and when there was an issue with the lights, they upgraded us to a better room. Eric and Laurice were very helpful and kind, and Flor was very accommodating and commutative.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and breakfast was a great start to every day. The level of service was phenomenal, especially Florencia during the days and Catalina in the evenings.

The place is a small boutique hotel in a nice and generally safe neighborhood with an art museum and lots of restaurants nearby. the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The sheets were very clean ans the bed was very nice which I appreciated a lot. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. the beautiful receptionist, Florencia, went above and beyond to help me out from sending me messages hours before my check in time to ask me if I needed anything to helping me with Spanish translations for my travel arrangements within Chile. I highly recommend this hotel.

While it doesn't look like much of a hotel from first appearances, it was a very nice stay in a very good location. For the price, the room had everything I needed it was comfortable clean and included a mini fridge with complimentary water. TV had a lot of programming options, shower was nice, hot water was good with soap and shampoo. The breakfast was very nice snd the staff will cook you eggs to order along with other small buffet options. The electronic locks take some practice to operate quickly but always staff around to help. Luggage storage was also very helpful.

Very good stay for single travelers. Beatriz at the reception was really helpful and accommodating. Will likely stay again.

Hotel com estrutura do quarto boa, faltou apenas um espelho de corpo todo dentro do quarto e o cobre não funcionava. Hotel bem simples, e com café da manha bem simples tambem. Gostamos do tamanho do quarto e pessoal bem atencioso.

Foi tudo ótimo! Só senti falta de variedades no café da manhã, mas no geral localização excelente perto de tudo! Roupa de cama de boa qualidade! Tem aquecedor que foi fundamental pra nós! Tudo perfeito !

Os 2 quartos que reservei são bem amplos e confortáveis, porém na primeira noite nos deram 1 quarto pequeno e com bastante cheiro de cigarro porque disseram que a categoria que reservei não estava desocupada e que havia ocorrido um erro no sistema. Também não recebi nenhuma compensação por isso, nem mesmo o late checkout solicitado para um quarto. O café da manhã é bom e, caso necessário, preparam na véspera algo para levar aos passeios que saem muito cedo. A localização não nos agradou muito, fica muito próximo ao centro e a região não é das mais bonitas e seguras. Há metro bem perto e muitos restaurantes bons em Lastarria, região próxima. O atendimento de modo geral é bem bom e a maioria dos funcionários é atenciosa e simpática.

O pessoal da recepção é excepcional, lugar super aconchegante, café da manhã simples mas gostoso e acolhedor... A 5 min andando de Santa Lúcia onde tem vários restaurantes maravilhosos... Meu marido fez aniversário enquanto estávamos lá, comprei um bolo e eles organizaram uma surpresa no quarto, ficou lindo

J’ai réservé pour 4 nuits une des 2 chambres du 4eme étage (Avec terrasse) Mon choix s’est porté sur cet hôtel bien situé dans le quartier où je souhaitais résider. Il était pour moi une alternative aux chaînes d’ôter internationaux, mais l’essai n’est pas complètement concluant. Autant le dire tout de suite, la prestation générale est en dessous de mes attentes. L’accueil, la localisations, ainsi que le Pdj sont ok… cependant qualité des matelas, et de nombreux détails laissent à penser que la gestion et l’entretien sont insuffisants. Aussi, le bruit extérieur (Circulation) est assez présent, si on ajoute les bruits intérieurs (Mini-bar, ascenseur) cela en fait un lieu que je pourrais qualifier de bruyant. Le wifi fonctionne, mais rapidité moyenne.

O hotel é bom, relativamente próximo do metrô, fica numa rua bem tranquila (o que é excelente para dormir), mas que a noite fica meio erma e escura. Descobrimos apenas depois de ver outros hóspedes pedindo que seria possível pedir ovos mexidos e iogurte no café da manhã, o que melhorou significativamente a experiência do café, já que no Buffet não tem tantas opções. A atendente no hotel foi super gentil e nos forneceu água gratuitamente e direções para que pudéssemos comer pela redondeza.
