Todo el personal es muy amable y atento. Un excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse, la piscina tiene una vista hermosa y el jacuzzi está a temperatura ideal. Definitivamente planeo volver.

Every member of staff was excellent, so kind, helpful and efficient! We were switched to a more comfortable room at no extra cost and we absolutely loved our new room. The hotel restaurant is fantastic, eagerly accommodating my gluten free diet. We loved the pool and hot tub and chatting with other guests. We highly highly recommend Casa Higueras!!!

The Hotel was delightful and the staff very accommodating. The Hotel restaurant breakfast was extraordinary. We forgot our passports in the room safe and the hotel staff went above and beyond with handling the logistical challenges of delivering our passports before boarding the plane. Very appreciative!!!!

La atención de todas las personas en el hotel, te ayudan y te dan consejos y asesoría. También te brindan una caminata para conocer lugares cercanos al hotel, con un gran guía.

Servicio top class. Restaurante elegante con musica en directo con pescado rico y la mejor tira de asado en años… masaje fantastico y piscina con vistas al mar. No sé si se puede pedir más. Ah si, si se puede, esta en mitad del Cerro Concepción y te aparcan ellos el carro. Cinco estrellas y porque no hay 6. Top

Fantastic base for exploring Valparaiso.

A bit more variety in the restaurant menu would be nice.

Ideally suited to explore Valparaiso, a very very hilly town! We had a small balcony from which we could see the ocean in the distance Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating Restaurant outdoors and inside was lovely Food excellent Maitrr’d very pleasant Cannot recommend highly enough great stay!

THIS SHOULD NOT BE A VIP Hotel. They did not upgrade our room even though rooms were available. They received our email 6 months before but did not acknowledge or respond. At check-in, they said they had a note and it had been actioned. In fact the room was the most basic, with a terrible view and no balcony or patio. When I questioned this, the receptionist said she would speak to a manager. We left to visit the town and when we returned, nothing had been done. The new receptionist said the manager needed an email from Expedia. This has never been the case at other hotels. The room was of poor quality with no seating and various marks and scratches on walls and floor. The rug looked dirty and worn, similar to other parts of the hotel. The windows didn't open wide enough and the view was pretty poor. Our welcome gift was sent on day 2. The breakfast was ok for the price of the hotel. However, I was given ham on a vegetarian item and again at our boxed breakfast. There were minor gestures like paying for our taxi to the bus station but it was too little too late. The location felt unsafe as it was down a dead end road. STAY ELSEWHERE FOR A LOT LESS

Un établissement bien décoré et confortable mais ce qui fait son atout principal, c’est son staff d’une incroyable gentillesse. Un petit bémol concernant la chambre : peu de luminosité et pas de climatisation, dommage …

Beautiful hotel

Didn’t know much about Valparaiso before arrival. Casa Higueras is located in the heart of UNESCO designated cultural heritage site. Stayed two nights and spent two days just exploring 10 city block square.
