깨끗하고 조용하고 바로 앞 해변이 너무 근사한 호텔이었습니다.

Overall satisfying. One of the best hotels we've stayed in Chile. Although its location is what makes this place special, it is not super convenient to travel to nearby cities by public transportation, which turned out to be quite possible without too much trouble. If the hotel provides more information on the minibus, colectivo, and the range of taxi fares (from/to the airport and nearby cities) somewhere on the web (or at least links with those info), more travelers would book without hesitant.

We didnt have a good experience, staff at the front desk would give me proper invoice for the prepaid payment , they told me I have to request this from Expedia…at any rate, didnt want to continue arguing about it as I was in a hurry to leave. Important to mention that the property and facility in general looks dirty without proper maintenance, mold in the bathrooms and my room had floor carpets with stains. Will not return to this hotel in the future. Sergio Mancilla

We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM and there were no front desk agents for 30 minutues. The rooms are dated. For breakfast, instead of the restaurant close to the front desk offering breakfast, I had to walk around to the very back of the hotel to have breakfast. To enter the casino you need to pay $5 dollars. There is no bar in the casino. In short, save you money, don't stay in this hotel!!!!!

Pésima experiencia. Hotel mal tratado, sucio, ascensores sin limpieza, falta de personal. La sala de desayuno queda a una distancia inhumana y donde hay que pasar por una especie de Iceberg debido a la baja temperatura. Lo único bueno, el servicio de desayuno. Me deberían pagar a mi para ir nuevamente.

This hotel was an excellent choice for an American. The room was big and very clean. Some of the staff spoke English and were very helpful getting around and finding a taxi. There is no room service. The attached restaurant was not good for a non-Spanish speaker -- no printed menus just online. I could access the menu but there was no English version. Even though I have a pretty good Spanish vocabulary, I couldn't understand the food choices and no one was there to explain. But, there are lots of restaurants around that were more than sufficient.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes und abgewohntes Hotel, welches den aufgerufenen Preis in keiner Weise rechtfertigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist gut.

La gente de recepción no es muy amable en su trato, a excepción de una de ellas, que lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre, pero estaba en turno del último día de mi estadía. Mi habitación no tenía citófono ni caja de seguridad, no hubo una predisposición inmediata a resolver mi problema, tuve que exigir cambio de habitación, a lo cual finalmente accedieron. Me sorprende que al ser un hotel 5 estrellas no hacen sentir al pasajero como corresponde, me tocó ver situaciones de reclamo de otros pasajeros con el mismo trato. Las camas y la habitación en general muy cómodas, la vista increíble al mar. El desayuno, esperaba mas, el primer día muy básico, con detalles como por ejemplo que huevos estuvieran fríos por no contar con un recipiente tapado, segundo día hubo mas variedad. Tiene todo para ser un hotel increíble en su condición de 5 estrellas, pero depende sólo dep personal a cargo.

Todo bien menos el sistema de facturacion, por la web se paga el neto pero el IVA se paga en el Hotel, y facturan solo el IVA para hacer un ejemplo mas sencillo Neto 100 se paga a la pagina IVA 19, pero el Hotel solo factura el IVA es decir facturan Neto 18 y 1 de IVA muy complicado, no voy a usar mas esta pagina

Lo que más disfrutamos fue la vista desde la habitación y la piscina temperada. En la habitación no nos dejaron batas, dejaron pocas toallas y además el recepcionista nos indicó que debíamos llevar las toallas de la habitación al spa, algo que no hicimos e igualmente nos entregaron en el spa. Los lugares del hotel están lejanos entre sí (habitaciones, Restaurant, spa, estacionamiento) y conectados a través de túneles que pareciera que están en construcción. Desayuno buffet muy poco variado.

Esperaba, para ser un hotel 5 estrellas, que tuviera mas comodidades. Mucho ruido en las noches de la discoteque Ovo. El estacionamiento era compartido con lo del casino, y por lo tanto en la noche habia que rezar para encontrar uno, deberian tener estacioamiento exclusivo para el hotel. No vi o no ofrecieron valet parking .
