Esteja preparado para uma experiência diferente … o hotel e principalmente o quarto é bem rústico, o anfitrião conservou carpetes, decoração, móveis de uns 20 anos atrás. Cumpriu o papel que buscávamos, apenas para dormir uma noite, a cama confortável, banheiro com chuveiro bom e quente. O estacionamento fica bem distante da entrada do hotel. O café da manhã é servido por pessoa, incluindo fatias de pão, frios e ovos mexidos, pelo valor que pagamos consideramos “ok”.

A única coisa que não é nota 10 é o café da manhã. Não é ruim mas você já sai do café com fome. O resto é excelente como a localização, o quarto é gigantesco , e os funcionários são ótimos! Extremamente prestativos. Em especial agradeço o Brasileiro Rafael, O andrés , Luiz e o Frederico.

Excelente hotel, acomodações limpas todos os dias, ótima localização, bairro privilegiado l.

La comida excelente, ubicado en zona céntrica, y área muy tranquila. El personal fue súper amable y la habitación tiene esos detalles rústicos que lo caracterizan.

Buena relación calidad precio, personal de recepción muy educado y amable, estupendo entorno con todo cerca y a un paso del metro. Habitaciones calefaccionadas.

Conveniently located to many things

Local aconchegante e com uma ótima recepção, Sr. Luis(recepcionistas)nos auxíliou em tudo que precisamos e deu dicas de passeio, são pessoas como ele que nos fazem se sentir confortável mesmo fora do país. A unica advertência é o cafe da manhã ( não permitem repetição mais uma vez cada item servido em mesa).

Estuvo bien. A veces el agua salía congelada, otras veces quemaba. La habitación estuvo muy limpia y el personal del desayuno eran atentos y amables. Los autobuses de las excursiones nos recogían ahí mismo, por lo que fue accesible.

Ótima localização. Facil deslocamento a pé. O bairro tem varias opções de restaurantes e bares. Perto de linhas de ônibus e metrô.

Absolutely amazing little hotel near a beautiful park in Santiago. Restaurant upstairs has a piano player, who also play the saxophone. Downstairs has a bar, where people sing to another piano player. It was almost like karaoke with a live piano player. Everyone there was super helpful and very kind. Good sized rooms with very unique style. There are 2 suits of armor and a lot of very interesting things inside. Great location for food and i felt very safe staying there. Definitely recommend!!!!

A hotel feel like home

WiFi was just a bit spotty.

This boutique hotel is in a lovely part of town, directly across from a wonderful park that is worth visiting, just down the street from small grocery stores if you need anything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, watching out for our safety when we were going out. The upstairs bar is super lovely, it is also a restaurant. The bartenders were very accommodating, make sure you have a Pisco Sour! We were very cautious because there was not a safe in the room. However, on the day we really needed it. I was very impressed. The front desk staff went to get a key which opened a drawer to another key, he gave me a key with a number on it and then he took. He had another key and took me to a riom down the hall where he used one key to open up the door in the wall, revealing a bank, looking safe. He used another key to open up the large safe, and then there were small individual safes with numbers on them. Inside each little safe, there was a metal box. He left the room and allowed me to have privacy to put my things in the little box and place it back in my Number, safe and secure it with my own key, which I kept until I went to retrieve my items when I left. Very secure!

Really lovely hotel. Yes it's old and has a few old features but it's clean, the bed we had was so comfortable, the staff were really helpful and spoke English. We've booked to go back at the end of our tour.

Gostei da hospedagem. Com certeza voltaria. Bom custo x benefício.
