The property was in a great location in Pucon, just a block off the main street. It was very clean, well maintained, room was very comfortable. Had a nice breakfast. The owner, Mr. Muller, was quite friendly and helpful. Very responsive to requests/questions.

We enjoyed our stay at this hostel, the location is excellent, very close to the bus terminal and to the main street. Breakfast was really good, The staff very friendly and helpful.

This place was great and would recommend to others. The staff were all lovely and friendly, it was super clean and fresh. Included breakfast was good, and handy to have access to a fridge to store any foods you buy yourself, plus access to tea, coffee and fruit at any time.

Very nice stay, very comfy room, very nice hosts, healthy breakfast. Conveniently located.

Hostal Muller was an absolutely amazing stay right near the main street (O'Higgins) in Pucon. Our room even had a direct view of Villarica. The owners were very accommodating and even helped us book expeditions while we were there. The room and bathroom were much bigger than anticipated, breakfast was included, entry and exit were very easy. I couldn't speak better about this place. If you are looking for an easy and well priced hotel room in Pucon, Hostal Muller is the place.

Foi excelente, tudo correu bem como era esperado. Os anfitriões me receberam muito bem, me senti em casa. Me deram dicas do que fazer, onde ir. Sempre solícitos. Cama e quarto confortáveis, café da manhã simples, tipo "continental". Particularmente poderia ser melhor, mas deu para curtir a cidade. Recomendo e voltaria a ficar lá.

very friendly hotel staff

A lovely place to stay for a few days in Pucon. Easy walking distance to the town center and the lakeshore. Had the Mountain View room which was comfortable. The owners were nice. Great value for the price. Would stay here again.

Nos encantó el hostal. Walter hozo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Acogedor y excelente para pasar la noche. El desayuno para nosotros estuvo bueno, quizás algo liviano para alguien con un apetito grande, pero aceptable. Pieza y baño limpios, agua caliente las 24/hrs. Estacionamiento y a pasos del centro. De seguro vuelvo. 100% recomendable.

Nice hotel. I needed early breakfast and they left it in the refrigerator for me. It’s a short walk from town and serviced by the airport shuttle (at least from the airport). If you have an early flight, you may need other plans to get back to the airport (public bus or private shuttle).

Un merveilleux hostel, propre, douillet, tranquille, bien situé, très bon déjeuner, les propriétaires sont vraiment gentils et disponibles, ont de très bon conseils pour visiter les environs de Pucon, je recommande fortement cet hébergement!!

This is a wonderful place to stay; the owners clearly take pride in making it so. We were welcomed by our host who was very friendly and informative. The room we had was large and spacious, with some traditional decorative touches. It was very clean, and had nice sheets and towels. The bed was incredibly comfortable and cosy, giving a real home-from-home feel. The accommodation is secure and accessible at all times. Breakfast was served in the mornings in a nice lounge-dining room that could also be used during the day. Early breakfast was left out when required. Nothing we needed was more than a short walk away, including shops, good restaurants, tour companies and the bus station. If there is anything that we could suggest, it is for there to be some fruit with breakfast and for cereals/porridge to be left out for early breakfast; it would be very welcome before hikes and volcano climbing. Neither is enough to deduct anything from the hospitality and comfort. Highly recommended.

Sensacional!!!! Ficamos encantados com o atendimento e dicas. O quarto que escolhemos é muito espaçoso e confortável. Cozinha bem equipada, com fogão e geladeira. Varanda (em dias ensolarados com vista para o Vulcão). Além disso, o Hostal é extremamente bem localizado. Basta atravessar a rua e você já está na avenida principal, onde estão os restaurantes, mercados, bancos e guias para os diversos passeios. Recomendo.

Maravilloso

Very clean hostel with generous sized room and private bathroom. Very secure and only two blocks from the Main Street. Hosts were kind, helpful and organized. Highly recommend.

Buena experiencia, solo que por la aplicación aparecía que la habitación tenía 2 camas y en realidad sólo era 1 grande , tuvimos que dormir con nuestro hijo de 7 años. Nos recibieron muy amables en todo momento y preocupados de que estuviésemos cómodos. Buen desayuno y atención en todo momento.
