Hôtel très bien face à une plage sauvage avec pleins d’oiseaux. Bon restau et petit déjeuner.

Tuvimos un problema de salud, por un accidente. Fue necesario anular parcialmente la reserva, y el hotel lo entendió y nos ayudó con ese tema

Personnel vraiment accueillant, gentil et prêt à aider. Le site est magnifique et les chambres confortables. Nous avons également très bien mangé au resto de l’hôtel. Nous recommandons vivement un séjour à ce endroit.

In sync with nature. The property is located on the best beach in Arica with huge waves. Beautiful rooms oitfitted with natural materials. Great breakfast served indoor or outside. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Lugar incrível. A vista vale tudo. Passar a noite ouvindo e vendo o mar. Muito gostoso. Quarto amplo. Banho gostoso. Café da manhã servido na mesa muito bom. Pessoal agradável. Estacionamento na praia com segurança por câmeras. Ok. Próximo a inúmeros restaurantes. Em Arica escolha essa área e esse hotel.

Absolutely loved it. The most gorgeous sunsets from the room. Incredibly peaceful. A private little beach right in the backyard. Such amazing dinner and breakfast service. Franco was beyond awesome - as were all of the other staff. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 hope to be back soon. Thank you for having us!

In die Innenstadt sollte man besser fahren, aber es gibt auch fußläufig Restaurants. Jedes Zimmer hat Meerblick und einen Balkon zum Meer. Frühstück war sehr lecker!

El hotel es bonito estéticamente, la habitación acogedora, limpia, con una vista hermosa en el balcón y la cama amplia. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que en la madrugada se escuchaba musica fuerte afuera (desconozco si fué alguien que se quedó al frente del hotel escuchando musica o algo)pero interrumpió el descanso. Es algo mas ajeno ya que podría ser algo de mucho mas lejos, pero es lo único a punto negativo que tuve en mi experiencia. Lobby y personal muy amable, y desayuno rico.

Cadre fantastique, accés à la mer, déco au top Un bon endroit pour se reposer malgré un bâtiment visiblement à rénover. Petit déjeuner un peu léger et process trop compliqué pour accéder au dîner qui... trop cher... Les bruits de fête entre 3h et 5h du matin (2 nuits sur 3) n'aident pas à avoir un séjour totalement reposant

Hotel com vista extraordinária do pacífico. Limpeza deixou a desejar no banheiro, como respingos de pasta de dente na bancada/pia e alguns poucos cabelos. Equipe com atendimento dentro da média de forma geral, salvo exceção a recepção que estava na manhã do checkout que foi além da média, com sua gentileza e atenção. Café da manhã estava gostoso e bem servido. Os quartos são confortáveis e espaçosos, mas peçam no quesito acústico (barulho de motos e carros passando no decorrer da noite/madrugada).

The hotel boasts a stunning appearance, yet the service fell short of expectations considering the price point. Upon my early arrival at 8 a.m. – a common occurrence due to fluctuating flight times – I received no orientation regarding hotel amenities, including the necessity of dinner reservations. Moreover, a Wi-Fi outage compounded the issue, with no contingency plan communicated. When seeking local information, I was merely provided with a phone number, lacking any helpful guidance. It’s worth noting that dinner reservations are a requirement, a detail overlooked one day due to lack of network during a tour. Despite a request for assistance before departing for an 11-hour bus ride, the hotel declined to provide even a basic meal. Lastly, there was a discrepancy between Expedia’s quoted rate of approximately $340 for three nights and the higher amount charged upon settlement at the hotel.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The property is very eco-friendly. The place has its own character. The food is very good. The sound of the serf and the ocean breeze makes it hard to leave

The setting is wonderful, perched at the edge of Lisera beach where you can witness the sunset and enjoy sounds of the breakers. The building has a modernist look with many wood finishes. No air conditioning but always an ocean breeze.

Calm, friendly, nice landscape in front of the sea, kind staff (and no music ). super place !
