Great size and very comfortable mattress. The breakfast buffet was very good. The bathroom is quite small, The street noise was constant and intense even on eight floor.

The receptionist wasn't helpful at all & spoke Spanish faster than I could understand her. She charged me extra saying that I didn't have a paper visa, though I never was given one which immigration confirmed at the airport. I emailed them twice on different email addresses, giving them an opportunity to discuss the situation & never heard back from them. Also had a cleaner entry the room half an hour before check-out & see me half naked. Would never stay there again.

Excellent breakfast. I really liked the location.

Very central and large room

With it's entrance hiding down a secure arcade, this was a little tricky to find, but felt safe with the bell and cameras (and gates closing after dark). It's right opposite a church where markets seem to happen so on the weekend there was a DJ playing music each afternoon from 2pm until around 7pm. We opened the window to enjoy it. The street is busy, and metro stations are close and convenient. Room (304) was a good size, with a HUGE bed and the bathroom seemed to have been recently remodelled, although there was often a 'dry-drain' smell in the entryway whenever we returned to the room, seemed to be coming from the access panels in the roof (possible from the rooms above). Breakfast staff were attentive, with lots of fresh fruit, and oddly, donuts and sweet cakes dominating the choices. There were some odd hot options that we couldn't quite determine, but that could be more of a cultural ignorance on our part. The hotel served its purpose well, was comfortable, and was very good value for money.

This is good for a value restaurant. It is in a central location but at the lower level you can hear the noise from the street.

El hotel no vendia ni agua ni soda, cero cafe. Se veia bien por internet, pero al llegar parace un hotel de cuarta. No hay aire acondicionado y por la noche no se puede salir. Sin embargo, el personal muy amable. No vale la pena el precio.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, siempre atentos y las habitaciones impecable.

Doing LOUD construction all day. Had a cold and went to bed as soon as I checked in around 2 pm, and noises of all kinds kept waking me up. Definitely put do not disturb sign on door because they kept knocking and I kept saying occupado, and at one point, woke up to housekeeping entering my room. If all the countries I’ve traveled to, this is only hotel that makes u leave credit card type key at front desk if u are going anywhere to eat/sightsee, etc. Another ding: the key only worked about 3/10 times I tried to use it. They don’t correct and give u back key. U have to go up to room and wait for someone to come let u in. I still didn’t have my key by next day. On plus side, room was clean and bathroom was nice (other than toilet area very cramped). I’m petite lady and had to turn sideways on toilet, and no way to turn off annoying sound of bathroom fan. But bathroom is definitely modern and stylish. I don’t believe there is AC either. Another annoyance was no outlets by bed to use phone while lying down and charging at same time. Breakfast is good, Location walkable to La Moneda, St. Lucia Hill, main square/Plaza de Armuz or something like that. Took cab to/from airport for $16-17000 Chilean pesos. Took Uber to Sky Constanera which added in more fees that quoted but during heavy traffic for $17K pesos but cab back only cost $7K pesos. Room is nice, but bed hard. Main issues were LOUD construction all day, and key rarely worked.

Good. The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet. The room. Need improvements. Noise, from the street traffic is high . Having guest wait and trying to figure out how to get the front gate opened after dark.
