호텔 푸에르토 마요르

I had a very nice stay at the Puerto Mayor. It was a good value for the cost especially since it included breakfast. The hotel personnel were pleasant and the room was quiet. I stayed there before a cruise and the cab ride to the terminal only took a few minutes. That was a real convenience. The hotel was within sight of the ship and no hotel was any nearer. I got to San Antonio by bus from Santiago and the taxi ride from the bus terminal to the hotel only took about 15 minutes.

The Hotel Room Condition is awful, it is not suitable for human living.

Property was in good condition and near the port. Staff was friendly.

Very nice view of the harbor. Was near the harbor. Was clean, quiet, friendly, helpful.

I was able to check in early. I was able to checkout at 2. We could see our cruise ship from our room. The cruise was delayed. They were very accommodating. The restaurant on the property was very and very reasonable. The police HQ is the building next door.

Muy buena la atencion y las habitaciones,. muy seguras

No recomendable, habitaciones sin preocupación por la limpieza, fui en familia y fue la peor elección que pudimos escoger, no es hotel sino que motel, envases de preservativos botados bajo las camas siendo que la habitación estaba recién entregada y “limpia” que da para pensar en el aseo del baño, sábanas, colchas. Baños tapados, falta de papel higiénico. Lo único en que pensábamos en salir pronto de ahí. Ventanas sin seguridad. Lo único rescatable es el desayuno, y la vista pero para eso voy a un restaurant o mirador. Pésima experiencia, lo tomamos como Hotel como dice la página. No lo es y deja mucho que desear. Cero recomendable ni para Motel. Además carísimo, ni un 4 o 5 estrellas cobra lo que ellos por una noche.

Pésimo hotel para nada serio el recepcionista un asco . Tenía una reserva para el día viernes la cual llame que iba en camino y al llegar el tipo me dice que ya había vendido la habitación .. que hago a las 12 de la noche ?? Nunca más en ese hotel ojalá a nadie más le pase

This place is a dump with no customer service. We arrived at 12:30 pm after a very long day and night of travel and were told we could not check into our room. The manager practically yelled at us that “check in time is 2:00!!” When we did get into the room later, we could not believe how shabby it was. We paid a lot for two nights’ stay – way more than it was worth, so I looked up online what the rate was for that night and it was less than half what we were paying. I went to the front desk and pointed this out to the clerk and her response was, “our rates change all the time and you booked a long time ago.” I asked her, “if someone came up and asked for a room right now, you would give it to them at this lower rate?” She said yes. I asked her if she understood why I was upset and wouldn’t she feel the same way if she were in my position. She said yes but she couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to talk to the manager who wasn’t there at the time. She didn’t offer to talk to him for me. The next morning, we tried to take showers and there was no hot water. When I told the desk clerk, she just shrugged. No apologies. Nothing. There was zero attempt during our entire stay to make us feel welcome or comfortable. If you have to stay in San Antonio, avoid this place and stay at the casino.

La atención del personal tanto de atención como limpieza y restaurante de desayuno muy bien y buen servicio no así el personal del restaurante de cena muy complicado y de atención nada agradable

Precruise night. It was good. Only a 15 minute walk to the ship. Mostly downhill and then on the level. Continental breakfast. Lovely view of the harbour except for the super big cranes. Walk to the beach and see the sea lions and pelicans.

Hotel is dated and needs modernising.Wifi did not work in bedrooms, no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Location for cruise terminal was the only plus factor

Kind of the only nice place around. A little hard to find, but comfortable and within walking distance of stores.

This is the best location if you are waiting to join a cruise ship in San Antonio. Or just want a good place to stay. Little bungalow type accommodation really comfortable. Breakfast usual but ample continental. A bar attached, tours and taxis can be arranged. Lovely restaurant very close. Good parking, disabled friendly but a little challenging however the staff are very watchful and helpful if needed to ascend a couple of very small inclines. The room is perfectly disabled friendly. Views spectacular. A few shops and restaurants nearby.

Muy buena ubicacion para abordar un crucero.

Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accueil et le service à notre arrivée. Moins aimé: les chambres ont besoin de bonne rénovations ( tapis très sale). Les gens sont très courtois et sympathiques
