Nice,clean and quiet. Ideal location to enjoy the Santiago. Great service help you around the city. Surrounding could be noisy on Saturday nights.

Persoonallinen hotelli, joka kuitenkin kaipaisi perusteellisempaa siivousta. Sijainti on hyvä erityisesti iltaelämää ajatellen ja huoneessa oli mukava pieni parveke.

To start: this is NOT a simple hotel (surely not a “boutique” one). It is a HOSTEL. It has look and feel of a hostel, which is poorly maintained. The cleaning level is way below average. We spent there two nights, but the room was not cleaned. Even fresh towels were provided upon request. The wifi is weak and keeps breaking. The staff is not friendly. I am not recommending this place, unless you into hostels.

Atendimento da Maria Angelica foi excelente e o hotel fica próximo de quase tudo. Em 10 minutos a pé é possível chegar em vários atrativos. O café da manhã é simples, mas o suficiente. Quarto 9 extremamente pequeno. Banheiro menor ainda. Wifi oscila bastante

Me gusto mucho la ambientación del hostal, el toque rústico. El hostal es muy cómodo y tranquilo, la habitación muy linda y con una vista del cerro excelente.

La ubicación me gusto.Lo que no me gusto fue que no habia calefacción ,pues hacía mucho frio.

Principalmente la atención de la gente que atiende ahí me pareció realmente excelente

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were basic but comfortable and breakfast again was basic but enough. Really good area with lots of places to go close by.

We used Native coming and going to Easter Island. It was convenient to get to and the staff was superb. Our first room was a tad too small but the return room was roomy. They have great linens on comfy beds. The area is near the Bella Artes, Forest Restaurant and a lovely park. The best part was the super-helpful staff. My small amount of Spanish and their small amount of English, worked well together.

The boutique hotel is small and in a nightclub area--a little loud at night. But, boy, doe the helpful staff make up for it. We had problems tve and they helped with them all. We would have liked the larger room we had on the second stay, the first time.

We were only there for 1 day but I would go back another time! It was very clean and comfortable! Great location! The staff were very friendly!

Excellent location but a bit too basic for me

hotel lindo, comodo. bien ubicado. el personal muy amable, y agradable.

A veces sin agua, a veces sin agua caliente, a veces sin toallas, la habitación más costosa no tiene aire acondicionado, las habitaciones son muy calientes, etc.... por el mismo precio hay otros mucho mejores.
