산티아고 퍼니시드 아파트먼트

일반아파트를 호스텔직원들이 관리하는곳인데 1층로비사람들은 모른다는표정이라서 첨에는 좀당황스러웠다 예약시 이런부분이 제시되어있으면좋겠다 그래서 객실 청소상태는 별로였다 바닥이더럽고 여기사람들 신발을 신고생활해서 그런가 먼지가 그대로였고 전체적으로 우리가 청소하고 생활했다 아파트라서 음식해먹기는편리했고 1층에슈퍼가있어서 좋았다 하지만 그릇들이 이가 빠지고 냄비들이 지저분했다 우리나라 중저가 팬션에서 느끼는기분 그래도 교통을편리해서좋았다

Departamento bien ubicado en centro a 2 cuadras de metro. Cómodo para dos personas. Faltan algunos implementos de cocina pero son detalles. El ascensor del medio se traba la puerta. El resto perfecto. Edificio seguro. Sin bulla. Con piscina en último piso. Buena comunicación con el arrendatario

Kata the manager was amazing. We booked for a 2 room apartment and they only had a one bedroom apartment when we arrived. She worked with us to make sure we had what we needed and gave us a bit of a refund since we squished into the 1 bedroom.

the flushing sound from other room is so loud, it made me woke up several times in the night. I traveled several countries, although most hotels said no smoking, when i did, they never charge me , but this one is so mean, they charge my credit card without any notice. be careful smokers.

Departamento sin aire acondicionado. No estaba limpio. Departamento alquilado por la piscina, la cual estuvo cerrada 2 de los 7 dias que estuvimos. El motivo, mantenimiento. Entendible pero son dos dias perdidos que nadie los reconoce. No esta mal, pero en relacion precio/calidad, sin duda hay alternativas mucho mejores por el mismo precio, el cual no es nada barato.

Ap 2308, a limpeza não estava a contento, tinha aspecto de sujo, acredito que só passam uma vassoura, o tapete da sala estava visivelmente encardido, botamos um lençol para poder ficar em cima dele, os utensílios da cozinha eram bem velhos e o mais difícil foi dormir com um cobertor que não estava limpo, ou seja, eles não trocam. Acredito que vale a pena um outro ap mais caprichado pelo preço. O atendimento deles foi bom sempre que necessitavamos respondia prontamente.

Have to struggle 2 blocks with luggage to check in at a 2 star hostel

buena habitacion , solo que me deberían haber cobrado el iva al momento de pagar en hoteles.com, me lo cobraron cuando solicite la habitacion en general me atendieron bien y el departamento estaba bastante bien

Great location right in the centre traffic was a bit of a problem in peak hour plenty of food and coffee near by felt very safe at all times

El departamento muy sucio , las almohadas llenas de cabello , la cocina sucia y sus utensilios igual , el baño sucio todo muy descuidado , no lo recomiendo

The Santiago Unfurnished Apartments group does not appear to have a strong relationship with Expedia. Both charged me for my stay and Expedia cannot resolve the issue of my refund. Therefore, I recommend avoiding this place.

I was told the place had aircondition, but it doesn't. However, I was compensated for this. The view is terrible, however the area is really good. It is quiet and peaceful. I don't feel it is worth the price they normally charge for it (around $70), but I got it at a discounted price of around $42 and then it is definitely good value. As other people have said, the check in process is a bit of a mission (as you have to go to a different place first), however at checking out if you call they will send somebody over to come and inspect and give you your deposit money back, which is really helpful. Other people have complained about this, but the wifi is still definitely a problem. It is slow and sometimes the signal is so weak, my devices didn't connect at all. If you want a clean, small apartment, then I recommend this place.

Excelente relación precio/ calidad. La gente del Hostel que me dió la llave muy amable. Todo funciona perfecto.

The apartment is spacious with basic furnitures. The apartment seems to be at a residential building where there are some apartments are used for holiday renting. The location is at working distance from the walking districts (about 5 blocks away from the busy district). The tables and countertops are dusty and appliances are not as clean. Good thing is that the bed sheets felt clean. I saw quite a numbers of cockroaches from the bathroom, in the refrigerator and also in the kitchen. The check in process had to be done at Santiago Backpacker, a hostel owned by the same owner, which is about 3 blocks away where the receptionist at the apartment building do not speak English but they are kind. I booked the hotel at the last minute and I got dropped off at the apartment by the airport shuttle so there was a bit of a hassle and confusion when checking in. I arrived on Xmas morning but staffs are available from the hostel to assist and they were kind enough to give me a laundry detergent as no shop was opened on Xmas day. Cleanliness is definitely a thing to improve.

We have been travelling for a while and this place was the worst so far. Place was run down and very very dirt. We stayed in as little as possible. The only good thing was the location. And to be fair the staff at the hostel where we got the keys for the apartment was very friendly.

La peor experiencia, los valores son una mentira los cambian siempre, por disponibilidad he tenido que repetir la mala experiencia aqui, la recepcion son un desagrado, siempre inventan cosas para cobrar, impuestos, limpieza extra, etc, siempre es un desagrado el trato, y terminan con la frase si no te gusta anda a otro lado, espero nunca tener que volver.

El lugar está bien ubicado con algunos problemas de limpieza y acceso a internet
