Todo bien aunque confusa la clave y servidor de wifi( me costo instalar)

Customer service in Santiago is non existent in general...I know this....I have lived here before, visited many times....and yet, every time I cop it, I'm annoyed. This hotel - treated me with contempt basically. As a paying customer, who stayed there on two separate occasions - I emailed them over several issues. For example; Access - when arriving at 1am. Luggage storage, for an afternoon, when leaving at 10pm. The TV in the room didn't work - they didn't ever fix it. The room had not been cleaned for 3 days - no toilet paper - they cleaned the room, and left it with no toilet paper. Nice one. Arranging an airport transfer - as advertised on their website. I received ZERO responses. Yet, when my home bank put a stop on my card, until I confirmed it was me using it - THEN, they responded. Their phone's and email addresses suddenly worked, they turned up at my door speaking English - BUT ONLY WHEN THEY WANTED MONEY. At no other time, did they even bother to reply to me, or address any of my questions. Beyond that - if this is your first time in Stgo - and/or you don't speak Chilean (different to Spanish) - then this may not be the place for you - no one in the building speaks English, and obviously, the manager's can't be bothered dealing with paying customers. Also - SECURITY CONCERNS - key coded door - who else has that code? balcony access and cleaners would leave the door open when I was out.

This is a great location, can walk to everything ftom here. Close to Metro's too. But, its not a hotel, its a serviced apartment. Staff on site do not speak English.... And three days later, im still waiting on a response to my enquiry about storing luggage. Guess thats a no....nice to have the full kitchen, convenience stores and starbucks right downstairs. Decor is a bit dated....

Ótima localização em um bairro seguro e bonito.

Muito boa, pena não ter serviço de quarto no hotel. Na verdade o mesmo e um flet mas na internet não tinha especificado isso claramente

Excelente atencion

Hotel bom próximo ao local de trabalho. O combinado foi pagamento faturado para nossa empresa no Chile, mas cobraram indevidamente no cartão de crédito informado apenas para garantia da reserva. Agora existe o problema burocrático para desfazer essa cobrança. Administrativamente falando, não achei dos melhores.

Perfecto. Bien ubicado. Buena disposición de la empresa para solucionar inconvenientes.

Be very careful.... this is not a hotel, not even a motel... it is a small apartment... You dont have your place cleaned, not your towels changed...

No AC - Perfect Location, modern building, nice area.

El departamento no estaba limpio cuando llegamos (piso sucio sin barrer, cosas en la heladera) y se limpió recién al otro día. No disponía de secador de cabellos ni caja de seguridad, se solicitó el secador, nos contestaron que lo enviarían y nunca lo enviaron. Tampoco cambiaron las toallas el primer día que estuvimos y el segundo día sólo cambiaron una. En ese edificio hay muchos departamentos de alquiler temporario, yo había estado un mes antes en otro departamento y en este caso confundí el prestador del servicio ya que el nombre era similar.

Es un apartaestudio en un edificio residencial, donde una vez al día una persona arregla la habitación. El edificio tiene gimnasio y piscina y tiene una ubicación excelente. Es perfecto para ir de trabajo

ここホテルではなくアパートです。フロントはアパートのフロントのため，ホテルのフロントのような対応は出来ません。 が，皆総じて親切で，セキュリティーもしっかりとしていますし，周辺治安も悪くありません。 街中にあり，周りに食事が出来るところがたくさんあり，自炊が得意でないかたにもお勧めです。 自炊派には，大きなスーパーは，コスタネラセンターまで行かないとありませんが，周辺には小規模・中規模スーパーがあり，便利です。 洗濯機・乾燥機は２階にあります。専用コイン（トークン）式ではないので，小銭の用意が必要です。（各1100ペソ）

This is a one bedroom apartment with a living room and a kitchen complete with dishwasher. The most efficient use of space ever! We were so comfortable that we begged for 2 more days. The pool on the roof offers great views and a place to cool off. Karina, our staff, was most helpful for suggestions on restaurants, pedicure, grocery store, and all within a few blocks of safe streets. A very good choice for a tourist or business. The value is great. We had two wi fi routers in our room! George
