No curtain to block the sunshine in the morning. So you will wake up by 5 am because of the sunshine. Apart from that, everything else are wonderful!

I’ve stayed here many times, but something has changed with their wifi access. It’s set up to take your cell number and send an access code by text. Unfortunately, the system only accepts Chinese cell phone numbers. I tried explaining this to the desk manager, but it wasn’t being understood. If you stay here, be prepared to have someone come to your room with their Chinese cell phone in order to get you online, or just stay at Crown Plaza next door and skip the hassle.

hotel is pretty old, the setup of the loft is not as good as I had thought. the ceiling for the upper level is very low. with the bathroom and sink being on the upper floor of the loft make things very inconvenient. breakfast is so-so. A/C in the room is very loud. but the price is not bad.

This is my 2nd time stay in best Western premier in Hefei. For the price I spent, it has all things I need. Highly recommended.

Stayed full 2 weeks in early June. At least 4 star quality of hotel. There is Crowne Hotel in the next, but you have to pay much higher costs. For the given price, this would be the best in Hefei. All clean facility and friendly staffs, and easy to find English speaking helpers. Breakfast is great, and even I tried the same hotel restaurant for dinner buffet, which is way worth for their price. Food area is very close, 5 min by walk. close to Hefei center and not much traffics. Highly recommended.

It was ok. The pool was closed but they gave a free dinner to try to make up for that. the cable tv also went out... but it came on later on that evening

This hotel has a couple of good restaurant, the breakfast buffet has a variety of food to select, stuffs are friendly, room is clean and tide, very quite area, the room can overview the city.

Love the loft concept. But the corridors of the hotel is dark and sometime looks unsafe.

It is near shopping area where starbucks and bank of china and other foreign restaurants are. The room had an up and a downstairs so if youhave kids they can watch what they want and go to sleep when they want upstairs. 2 tvs... 2 beds.. 2 bathrooms... The breakfast wad awesome. Wifi was good but not as fast as it was when i stayed at hilton hefei. The business center was under construction bbut the wifi in the lobby was stronger than in the room . Pool was nice... it was lukewarm or cool, not warm... the airin the room was kindof polluted and they should have air purifiers for people with kids. the room was veery nice and looked dignified except for the stained up carpet which needs buffed and extracted or replaces. Except those small things, it was nice and in a good area

樓中樓的房間很特別，有別於一般飯店的室內空間，有一種非常自在的感覺。 畢竟一個人住，空間太大反而特別空曠。這樣的空間會覺得剛剛好

房間乾淨，服務很好，餐點也很好，推薦!!
