Good Please to stay & perfecly fine. Just problem with internet WiFi connection very poor & need improve for skill comunication english 🙏

The hotel is just 5 mins walk to Guanyinqiao shopping areas. The hotel is located on top floors in a VERY OLD commerical building. It shares the public entrance and elevators in which we don't feel comfortable. It doesn't have a double layer window in the room, so it could be pretty noisey depending on the room's direction. Hotel does provide ear buds, but if you are a light sleeper, this hotel is not your choice. We complained about the noise, the hotel was helpful to upgrade our room to the other side. It helped a bit. Overall speaking, the service is good, room is spacious and view is good at night, but the enviornment is not comfortable. Price index in Chongqing is pretty low. You can find a hotel with better facilities in Guanyinqiao at the similar price.

Overall enjoyed my time. The place was clean and in a good location. The staff were friendly but did not speak English, so I had to use translators to talk to them. My room was also quite cold. Given the stay overall was quite cheap, I would definitely recommend this place. The price to value ratio is pretty good.

Old hotel with limited facilities. Dry toilet separated from wet shower (this was apparent in all hotels across Chongqing) caused inconvenience esp. if staying with someone other than your partner. Only given one keycard, had to request for another. Ground floor and other floors were dingy, a throwback to the 80s and you will only release a sigh of relief once you reach the 15th floor hotel lobby. Overall, it's a place to rest your head and that's it. Gave complimentary instant noodles and teabags, so that was the plus.

交通十分方便,在步行街附近吃逛都極舒服.早餐還可以,整體清潔及環保都不錯.人員也很有善.價格也很便宜.

Excelente. Ubicado en una zona muy maravillosa. El hotel es impecable. No es lujoso pero cuenta con todas las amenidades para disfrutar de la estadía. Me alojé más de 8 días. La estación de metro no es tan cerca (10-15min caminando). Pero todo muy bien y el personal es muy atento

Hotel díficil de encontrar forma parte de un edificio y solo las 4 últimas plantas son el hotel. Compartes ascensor con el edificio cosa molesta. Un día a las 18:30 no teníamos la habitación hecha y el personal no fue muy amable. Pero en general buena estancia y puede recomendar este hotel

Wonderful accommodation experience

Room was comfortable

Muy Bien en general. El desayuno muy bueno, con bastante comida de tipo occidental, cosa muy difícil en China. La única pega que la ventana no sellaba bien y entraba mucho ruido.

We stayed at KaoYu for 5 nights and we enjoyed it immensely. Although constrained by the fact that guests have to share common lifts with the tower office workers for access to its lobby on the 15th floor. We noticed that KaoYu always try their best to serve their customers and hence we are happy to give them 5 out of 5. keep up the good work.

Pros: stuffs are very nice! Great neighborhood! Transportation is very convenient. Great breakfast! Cons: it’s very hard to find this hotel. No English sign. English name is not match Chinese name. There is no phone number and the detail address. The bath room designed is not friendly to use.

Although the staff didn't speak English the desk staff was quick to use their phones to communicate with me and address all my questions and needs. All the staff were so nice and polite

Great location, about 400 m from Guanyinqiao metro station. Check in was a breeze. The room was enormous, with a living room, refrigerator, separated shower/bath tub from the toilet. There is a patio next to the reception, on the 15th floor, with a superb view fo the buildings around; at night they are illuminated. Breakfast was great, with oriental and western option. The only negative thing is that the elevator was very slow. Remember that you need to go to the reception on the15th floor. And the chinese name was Kaoyu Hotel.

Great stay at the center of CQ, free wifi, reasonable fairly priced breakfast, free laundry and very good view from window

Good hotel with great service. The only concern was too loud in the night. I need ear plugs to sleep.
