위치도 좋고 몰과 연결되어 편했어요. 다만 길거리 소음 방음이 안되는 편입니다.

Excellent service especially from Benjamin and Mandy. So kind, quick with request and made my stay comfortable. Please give big compliment to both of your excellent staff.

역에서도 가깝고 바로 옆 건물이 쇼핑센터이기 때문에 편리했습니다. 또한 프런트 직원분들이 영어가 가능하기 때문에 별 어려움 없이 숙박이 가능했습니다. 룸도 생각보다 깨끗하고 넓고 안락해서 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 또 다시 베이징을 방문한다면 굳이 다른 호텔을 찾아볼 필요없이 재 예약할 수 있을 정도로 만족스럽습니다.

위치가 좋고 객실 편의시설이 좋습니다.

옆 쇼핑몰에만 식당들이 있고, 주변엔 전통식당들이 별로 없음. 상당히 깔끔한 거리임엔 틀림없음. 일단공원 걸어갈만한 거리임. 조양문 A출구 나와 육교건너 한 블럭 뒤임.

nice location, good quality

It was OK, but not great. They had window cleaning during the day, so I had to close the curtains. But they tried to provide best service, and the staffs were very gentle.

영어대화 원활하고 객실상태 시설 위치 다 좋음 다만 수영장물 온도가 너무낮고 깊이도너무깊어 어린이가이용하기 불편하고 아침에 쳌아웃시간때 미리 전화까지 했음에도 대응이 너무 느려 공항가는데 불편을 겪음 미리부탁한 콜택시도 준비되지 않았음 객실 설정 온도가 너무 낮은데 비해 온도를 올리는데 시간이 너무 많이 걸려 첫날은 아이가 힘들어함 조식과 사우나는 나무랄데 없음

I was fortunate to be able to stay here for 10 days. It was perfect in every way - especially the quality of everything, and it was connected to one of the largest malls in Beijing. The staff was very pleasant and hard-working.

Et flott opphold på Crowne. Fin beliggenhet, nær kjøpesenter og ca.15min kjøring til største turistattraksjoner. Hyggelig og behjelpelig personell. Gode senger og pent rom. Kunne vært noe bedre vasket/tørket støv. Og ikke mulig å bruke aircon så litt for varmt på natten, men vi fikk en mobil kjøler som hjalp noe. Flott bassengområde og treningsrom (veldig varmt der også), samt jacuzzi og badstue.

Debby at Check-in, Li at the Concierge Desk, and Zoe in Guest Services all went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. Great location, about a 5-7 minute walk to Chaoyangmen Subway Station.

The staff were amazing , Great shopping and restaurants next door , Breakfast was great, but the room was terrible. The temp was set on central control at 26.5 deg so it was hot at night and you have no control other then to turn it off and open the window , the drain in the shower did not drain the water fast enough so you had a time limit on showering before the water would spill out onto the floor , the pillows are terrible , no stationary , no mini bar , lights in the main room were broken.

Great location, easy access to subway, shopping, variety of restaurants. Super nice staff. Love the gym, swimming pool, sauna, and the little robot for food delivery. Will stay again!

Expected quality of services, cleanliness and amenities for a hotel of this standard. Give 4 stars for the facilties as the maintenance of the indoor swimming pool was a letdown given that it took them more than 5 days to do so, coinciding with my length of stay. I thought it could have been faster. The free upgrade of hotel room given as a first time guest was a well received pleasant surprise. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay nonetheless.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when I have business in Beijing since it is really close to my office. I always receive warm hospitality and unexpected gifts here. They have prepared some fruit and a panda doll as a souvenir. Thank you for everything during my stay this time.
