We stayed during the golden weekend and paid a little bit more for the standard lake view room, and very impressed ! The room was so bright being at the corner (3 sides have windows), and was spotless , didn’t spot any dirty marks, it felt very clean and new overall. We tried the buffet breakfast (originally ¥118 and was given a discount to ¥98) it had a great variety from Western to Chinese . The 24hr gym equipped with loads of equipment and swimming pool generally clean. The only negative was the banging door noise created by the neighbouring guests, but luckily didn’t bother us when we were sleeping. Very impressed and would definitely come again !

Very modern and comfortable hotel, perfect for business trip. Stunning park immediately across from hotelwith large lake and riverside. Excellent for walking/jogging/exercise. Would be amazing in spring and autumn. Two very good restaurants, one traditional Chinese and the other fusion, leaning to chinese. Incredible buffet at second restaurant on Saturday night. Executive lounge very comfortable with happy hour each night. Gym very well equipped. TV good with a couple of English channel options and screen sharing available

Modern hotel with plenty of amenities. Large indoor pool area with great view. Park area across the street. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast with both Asian and western foods. Not so many shops or restaurants nearby.

Room are clean and big enough

Book the hotel a few hours before arriving. I booked it because it was near the Shenzhen train station and it wasn't expensive. Till now I can't believe the price I paid for that hotel! That's the best hotel you cant get for that kind of money. If this hotel was located in Hong Kong the price would be 400% more. If you are travelling in the area I suggest you stay the night in this hotel. And Calvin at the desk is a great guy that will help you with all your needs.

Thank you so much because we forgot our passport I didn’t know where and the hotel talked with the taxi cab and found our passport really very sure and amazing security

This is a really nice hotel. Everything looks new and shiny. There is also a robot wandering around. The food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. I would love to stay here longer.

Bruce was a delight and really helpful. Be careful some other of his collègues make profit out of booking taxis and double the price.

Very good place and staff, however not enough staff at reception at night time, long waiting for check in. The air con is a bit noisy

I happened to be in a situation where I had to call a ambulance early in the morning the staff at front desk called me a ambulance to take me to the nearest hospital. After I arrived at the hospital at there was no one that understood English Nor German nor Bosnian language si i Perrin ACH was stranded with a bunch of peoples that Neely understood my situation. And in one moment I saw this familiar person that helped me check in at the front desk, Mr. Bruce ! He Spock well English and he happened to be the manager of the hotel Crown plaza, he Spock ti the doctors and personal at the hospital ER department. After we spending some time there like 2-3 hours in the morning from 6am-9am we found out that I had to have a surgery he then suggested me to take me to a different hospital that is better suited for the situation that I was in. He personally drove me to a new hospital 45 min away and helped me to get all the prosecutes done l, literally guided me all the way to the best possible room in the busy hospital. I got my own room with fhe hotel like accommodation ti be operated the following morning. He spent the whole day doing this for me z as nd would not except any sorts of payment. Thank You Mr. Bruce you are a good person and god bless you and your family.
