중국 상해 거주하다가 친구 두명과 졸업한 기념으로 갔다왔어요. 뷰가 완전 짱이고 근처 도보 5분거리에 쇼핑센터있어요. 서비스 완전 좋고 실내 수영장이 그 당시에 공사중이여서 못 갔지만 실외 수영장이 크지는 않지만 뷰가 좋아요!!

매우 훌륭함

예상보다 훨씬 편안하고 좋은 서비스를 경험할 수 있었다. 특히 모든 호텔 직원들이 친절하고, 교육도 잘 되어있어 불편함이 없었다. 다시 찾고싶은 호텔이다.

Very polite staff and manager Henry was really helpful. Luxurious rooms and the buffet spread was superb.

The Crowne plaza Suzhou was very clean. The bed very so comfortable and the room was good. The breakfast was superb. Lots of options both Chinese and western. It is located near a shopping centre and also easy access to the metro. There is a walkway around jinji lake accessible from the hotel. We ate 3 nights in the Prince restaurant in the hotel. On 2 occasions, the food was superb. On our last night, the service was dreadful and we waited over 1 hour for food. We asked for non spicy food but it came out so full of chillies that we couldn’t eat it. We ended up leaving the restaurant, very disappointed. On check in, they did not recognise my hotels.com gold membership. Again, I was very disappointed with that. I hope the hotel fixes these issues as it is a good place to stay.

L'hotel è perfetto, dispone di tutti i servizi necessari. La camera è molto spaziosa, confortevole e silenziosa: splendidi i cuscini. La colazione è di altissimo livello. Posizione incredibile. Tutto lo staff, specialmente Henry, è gentilissimo ed estremamente professionale.

出張で理由しました。部屋はとても綺麗で朝バッフェも充実していてよかったです。次回も使用したいと思います。

Great hotel with staff very well trained to cater to needs. Diverse assortment for breakfast

The hotel is super conveniently located, with a super beautiful lake trail leading to an area with fountain shows at night. 10 minute walk to the arch building, which has an insanely huge shopping mall around it with many dining options. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The views and locations are amazing, would definitely stay again.

Everyone at Crown Plaza is very friendly and accommodating during my stay and made me feel comfortable and happy! Also, the continental breakfast has a great variety. They cleaned my room very well and got to know me as a regular requesting oat milk lattes in the morning. Room service was always attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again
