I can find nothing to complain about.

The staff were wonderful. The location of the hotel could be a little hard to find for taxi drivers (it’s in the back of the plaza) but overall pretty convenient. There’s a convenient store and a KFC in the same plaza so easy to buy some quick food if needed. It was about 40-60 mins drive away from the city center where a lot of attractions are, but you can also take the taxi to the airport and take the subway from there.

Reception staff service was extremely slow beyond the normal threshold so was annoyed to watch incompetence.

Overall is good. The only thing is that they insisted to charge the third person breakfast fee even my reservation clearly indicated "3 adults and breakfast included". There is no where in the reservation states that breakfast included was only for 2 people. It would be adding some misleading and confusion to guests especially those who speak limited Mandarin.

Hotel service very good even though we were late for breakfast n they still served us. Bus transport n front desk service also good. Room clean, big n cheap.

Great option if you have a connecting flight early the next morning! The hotel is clean, the rooms are a good size and it’s great value. Distance wise it’s not far from the airport but if there is traffic it can take about 10-15 mins by taxi/Didi. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, so be sure to contact the hotel to organise. Being near the airport, it’s not a bustling area but there are a few local restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat, even if it’s late.

We booked for 3 adults but were provided with 2 super single beds. Staff did not explained to us during check-in. It was too late for us to feedback as we arrived very late past midnight and did not make a fuss. Furthermore, the staff was not so friendly when we posed her questions regarding check-out time.

I stayed at the Yunjia Hotel for a couple of weeks. All amenities and pictures are as described. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and are refreshed each day with towels, water, and tea. They provide an electric kettle if you need hot water. The beds have chargers for American and Chinese ports and also USB-A type ports, so you don't need to buy an adapter to plug your devices to charge. Beside the bed are light switches you can press, so it's easy to quickly turn on/off the lights or curtains. You can also ask the voice assistant XiaoDu to do it if you know mandarin. Very fun! The breakfast is good and you can request noodles. Mostly the same food each day. You can ask for a small take out breakfast (bread, juice, congee) if you are in a rush/buffet is not open yet. The most convenient amenity was the free shuttle bus to and from the airport. I used it every morning to go to the airport to use the metro and explore the city, and then at the end of the day to return to the hotel. The drivers are always on time and the wait for pickup is never long. You just need to book when you want to go to the airport and you can call them when you need to be picked up. All the staff are friendly and professional; I stayed with chinese speakers, so if you need to communicate with the staff, I recommend you use a translation app or stay with a chinese friend. I recommend this hotel if anyone is travelling to Guangzhou! Also lots of morning street food vendors outside that I tried.

A decent and affordable place to lay your head for a couple of hours in between flights. Note that there are very limited food options at night if you arrive late, but cup noodles and some snacks are available for sale. There are also no bathrobes, so you need to bring along a change of clothes.

Overall Good Place. Highly recommend
