프론트 직원이 너무 친절하게 잘 해주셨고, 모든 직원이 다 웃으면서 인사해주셔서 편안한 맘으로 기분좋게 묵었어요. 앞에 공사중이라 낮에 살짝 시끄러운게 단점이지만 별 문제 없었습니다.

친절하고 식사도 맛있습니다. 다만 스파는 훌륭하나 다양하지 못한게 조금 아쉽네요. 객실은 전망이 매우 훌륭하고. 비흡연으로 쾌청합니다.

The hotel had turned off their air conditioning system which was not known to us until to late, if I was told this at check in I would not have stayed. Staffs solution was to provide a fan but the temperature in the room still was at 25 which is too hot for me to sleep. A poor lack of communication for a calibre of this hotel.

在半山腰上,且飯店不提供接駁服務,出去都需叫計程車,但有時會叫不到車...... 風景優美,但若不是自駕,需考慮交通問題

Remarkable view. Great facilities for families with kids.

If you're hoping to have a standard Hilton Resort service please don't... This hotel only has the name. The room toilet smells like someone constantly urinates on the floor.

If this is considered a 5 star hotel then it’s pretty disappointing, there is no water in the gym until I asked for a refill. Toilets in the common area need significant improvement and more frequent cleaning. The view in the lobby is great, but the view from the so-called ‘lake view room’ is just a side view of the lake.

breakfast is limited. A male employee in concierge department with a very bad attitude to me.

The hotel location is excellent near the foot of Cangshan. The property is 10 years old. Looks grand from the photo. However the room is dated. The TV didn't work, even after the engineer came to reset it. The breakfast is mediocre and service lousy. The pool area didn't look clean and the air smelled stale. The front desk receptionists were slow and not customer oriented. We were rejected entry by the restaurant receptionist for breakfast on the second day. The front desk didn't have our room numbers down on their list. After i went up to the front desk to show my reservations, they apologized for the error. Will never go back to another Hilton again.

The check in staff was cold and not friendly.

View from room was great. Room’s quality is amazing. You’ll get what you expect in Hilton. “BUT” Just two things, it’s hard to communicate in English even checking in. Checking trouble hold us like an hour, and no explanation given. (I had to make an hour international call to Expedia to know there was no issue.)

The location and facility are good. BUT front desk staff Lucky LI (Xiaoting Li)’s service was terrible, I was shocked and I never met such a case. My train departs at 4pm so I requested 2 pm check out which was approved after I talked with room service line, my 4 years daughter stayed with me and my 70 aged parents stayed in another room, we all booked executive sea view rooms for better service. BUT when we come back a little bit after 12 pm we can not open the doors for both rooms so I had to walk to front desk to validate the key, unfortunately after I tried again after validation, the door still couldn’t be opened. We were too tired so we requested to send a staff to help to open, but nothing happened after we waited for a while, then I had to call again to ask the front desk to open for us, due to we tried 3 times already, finally after half an hour waiting outside, we were able to enter into two executive rooms we booked. In addition, before 2pm we received a call front front desk to push us to check out quickly. I can not bear it due to the I am traveling with my 4 years daughter and aged parents, it disturbed all my day. I wish the hotel could understand how bad I feel after I met such a service, especially with my daughter and aged parents waited long time for opening the door.

I had such a great time staying at this resort! You get both mountain (Cang Shan) and water view (Er Hai).

This is a nice and big hotel. Staff is friendly. The Chinese restaurant as well as the breakfast buffet is very good. I would consider staying here again.

For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. No one spoke a word English despite this is supposed to be a 5 star international hotel.
