I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and was impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The staff were both friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The service was excellent, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My room was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day.
The only downside I encountered was the lack of a pedestrian path for walking around the 8 km distance. This made it a bit challenging to explore the surrounding area on foot.
Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel for its great service and hospitality.

Five star service. Our flight delayed by 2 hours because of bad weather. It was 3.40am after we claimed luggage at Xinzheng Airport. Even though, hotel still arranged pickup. Thank you so much, Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and was impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The staff were both friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. friendly staff. 10mints driver from airport RMB24. no cash and card accept. need wechat. room is very large. free wifi. and bfast. however bfast start 6:30am only. free airport shuttle available.

Hotel do not use air conditioning during 90 degree tem, hot room, breakfast is not useable for USA customer, they refused to activate AC, Expedia should take this hotel of the list, we book this hotel because is American company but it runs very poorly, never will book this hotel again

市街地のホテルよりは近いが、それでも空港からタクシーで１０分はかかる 空港送迎があると言うのでこのホテルにしたが、時間指定で最初ののシャトルは７時半 早朝便の場合はタクシーを呼ばなければならない タクシーの運転手に英語でホリデイインと言っても通じないので、ホテル名と場所を中国語で伝えなければならない

The room was clean and big enough but the TV was tiny. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is close to the airport and provides free shuttles during business hours. I had to leave for the airport before 7:00AM. Ordered paid transportation from the hotel to the airport for 30RMB but I think it was worth the peace of mind. Taxi could be cheaper.
The hotel did have a gym but equipped with cheap equipments and most weight lifting equipment were broken :-(

Hôtel situé à 5 ou 6 km de l'aéroport. Quelques navettes de l'hôtel gratuites dans la journée, 30 yuans en dehors des horaires. Chambre vaste et confortable. Petit déjeuner très sommaire.
