클럽룸을 이용하였는데 제가 간날 하필 태풍이여서 수영장이 다 닫았어요.. 이용을 하지 못하고 왔습니다. 그리고 클럽룸은 너무 멀어서 비추에요..

좋은 서비스 경함했습니다.

시설 서비스는 매우 만족했습니다. 숙소도 정말 좋았어요.. 근데 클럽라운지 음식가지수가 조금 작은게 흠이네요~~

비치프론트 풀빌라에 머물렀습니다 시설과 클럽룸 수영장등 인터컨 싼야는 클럽룸 이상 머물러야 할갓 같습니다. 라운지 직원들 특히 친절했구요, 망고 실컷 먹고 왔습니다. 친정어마랑 라눈지에서 잠깐 쉬고 있은데 아주 달콤한 메론을 자리로 특별히 가져다 주셨어요. 별거 아니지만 정말 감동했습니다 다시 하이난 간다면 그때도 무조건 인터컨 싼야오 가겠습니다

시설면에서는 최고급 호텔이지만, 서비스는 최고급 호텔이 맞나 의아했습니다. 12시에 도착해서 짐을 맡기고 3시에 돌아와 체크인을 하기로 사전에 말을 해놓거 돌아왔지만, 방은 아직 준비되지 않았다는 답변을 받았습니다. 청소 상태도 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 외부 쇼파가 있었는데 전혀 청소되지 않은 상태였습니다. 그럼에도 시설이나, 바다와 가깝다는 이점, 하이난 주요 쇼핑몰과 가깝다는 이점은 있습니다.

모든 것이 만족스럽고 편안했습니다. 음식도 좋구요. 다만 영어가 너무 안 통하는 점, 리조트에서 진행하는 근교 관광지에 대한 투어 프로그램이 없는 게 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그러나 어쨌든 종합적으로 재방문 의사 있습니다~

The hotel is exactly what one would expect from a non-top-tier IHG property, reasonably priced, clean and not noisy. Dining options are kind of limited, the menu at both restaurants is the same every day with very small variation for the breakfast buffet. Air conditioning in the rooms is top notch - no noise at all, air movement is barely noticeable thanks to oversize vents, the temperature is very even throughout the suite - it was super nice to enter the room from the humid heat outside. Bathrooms are large and well-ventilated. Larger, nicer suites with room-size patios are in the building that is not wheelchair accessible - both levels are accessed only by a flight of stairs. The rest of the hotel has elevators and ramps everywhere. Staff always rushes to help. Tiles around the pool need maintenance, some of them wobble too much. If you want to go to town, you'll need a ride. Rides are available, but not from western ride sharing services, and there aren't many dining options within a short walking distance. The hotel is on the shore, but the beach if very small, right in front of the hotel there's a protected coral reef, so swimming is limited to a small sandy area, that is clean and well-maintained. The sand may feel a little rough for bare feet because of tiny bits of seashells, but that is natural; wear flip-flops and you'll enjoy it. You'll find better than average flip-flops in the closet in your room. Most power outlets in the room are UK 3-prong style

Siempre que me hospedo en la cadena de hoteles Raffles la atención es exquisita hay variedad de comida internacional, aquí solo comida asiática es la primera vez que en un hotel Raffles no hay variedad de comida, las pocas personas que hablaban inglés no se les entendía.

There for a short break during the work week. It was a great way to unwind - walking on the beach, sitting by the pool sipping beer. Definitely a place to go for that much needed break

Everything was good. Just wished they know that this is a tropical resort n accept sarong as a form of dress. When they told me to get dressed properly in the club after a swim I found that horrendous!

老牌的五星级酒店，设施略显陈旧，房间里的潮味有点重，可能因为在水边所以湿度比较大，房门的电子锁也出现了电池没电刷不开卡的情况，但服务员很快给解决了。早餐很好，服务也不错，性价比还是高的，推荐。
