The interior of the hotel room does not quite match the standard suggested by the hotel's star rating. However, the bathroom is very nice—equipped with a top-of-the-line Dyson hairdryer and luxurious toiletries. Although the property is designated as non-smoking, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the room. I reported this to the hotel staff, but unfortunately, they were unable to offer us a similar room, as the hotel was fully booked at the time.

The overall experience was amazing from the opulence to the service this hotel has it all. This hotel should be classed as one of the wonders of the world.

地上から地下に降りて行く不思議な感覚になるホテル。 　HOTELは非常に綺麗で部屋も広くスタッフも朝食も素晴らしい。 　ぢ、上海中心地やディズニーランドまとはかなり距離が有りますね

It was very unique experience at this location and got 5 star hotel treatment, nothing can be complained for.

Et lukusus hotel til et "one of a kind", som overrasker igen og igen. Superlækker indretning og arkitektur. Servicen er i topklasse og langt over det forventede. Et oplevelseshotel fra øverste hylde, som man vil fortælle om igen og igen. Man glemmer aldrig opholdet på Wonderland.

Breakfast is fantastic. Hotel lobby and outdoor environment a bit worn out. The night performance with drones could be better. Staffs are nice and helpful

My stay at Shanghai Wonderland was an amazing experience. The food tasted amazing, the property was extremely well managed and the nightly events were excellent. The part that I mostly enjoyed during my stay however was the amazing staff who were all extremely polite and friendly. Especially Betty Wang and Sandy Lin, who explained to me the various things I could do around the property and told me all about the delicious foods I could eat at the hotel. Also, I would like to mention how Betty showed me around the property, told me all about the foods and what they were if I didn't know and even taught me how to use chopsticks better!!! Betty truly helped me with everything I needed and was honestly my best friend at the hotel. Thank you for an amazing experience and an amazing stay!

立地が最悪でした。外国人が行くのには不便です。また、サービスも悪くタクシーの手配を頼んだのにも関わらず2回も忘れられました。スタッフの情報共有が上手くいっていないように感じました。さらに、荷物を運んでもらう際に手荷物を入れていたバッグを破られました。目の前でされたにも関わらず謝罪はありませんでした。また、英語を話せるスタッフはわずかでした。しかし、朝食ビュッフェは美味しかったです。

晚上水舞表演值得看，餐廳職員態度親切，並盡力解決客人要求，目測每位員工都很認真，即使食客不多，仍然每人表現出懶散感覺；此外，帶領我們去房間的小哥也很清晰介紹房內設備及使用方法，很感謝他。這酒店食物亦很新鮮，下次有機會也想再來。

the best hotel so far, the front desk is very helpful & upgraded our room automatically. we are very happy & satisfied with the services.

服務上面非常好，但客房保養的狀況不是很ok淋浴間的門無法完全關閉會漏水，客房內有一台不知道是清淨機還是除濕機運轉聲音非常大影響睡眠

Food was okay. Room service took over 2 hours to be delivered. No food options outside of the hotel. Check in takes a long time.

入住的时候，前台建议我们付费升级房间，我们额外付了20%的费用，入住了行政房。结果，当晚降温，房间的空调有故障，我被冻感冒了。第二天向酒店反应了，酒店又给换了房间，还送上了姜汤。服务还是挺好的。酒店的生意很好，据工作人员介绍，自从开业以来，入住一直很火爆。所以，房间内总有一些地方会有些故障。第二次换的房间也是存在着一些问题，住进去后工人来修了几次。酒店的服务还是不错的。

元旦期间入住，人多！办理入住手续花了较长的时间！早餐种类感觉一般吧，没什么特色！服务还算可以！

和老公來過結婚紀念日，客房服務還幫我們佈置了一下很貼心，環境舒適風景好，有機會還會再來～
