Great place and great rooms

A bit noisy due to new subway construction otherwise services good, breakfast good and excellent staffs service, recommended

There was building works from the moment we checked in. It was so loud you could not even hear the receptionist speak at the check in desk. Even when he shouted. The works continued all day throughout the hotel stay. It was awful and ruined our special birthday trip.

Quarto espacoso e moderno, instalações novas! Localização mais de dificil acesso e o barulho da obra do metro ao lado dificulta para dormir, nao param na madrugada.

Very clean room, everything is perfect except the construction is in progress in nearby area, other than that, I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel again.

Not close to any public transportations and attractions. Area is not good. Bad location. Expedia misled me by saying it’s only 1 to 2 minutes drive to Peking Road and yuexiu Garden. In fact it’s a not farther, at least 20 minutes

It was very nice hotel with large room. Service was also great. We liked the breakfast. As many others mentioned there is a construction nearby, but it did not disturb our rest or sleep. It is located in area with less fancy cafes and restaurants. Starbucks is right around the conor and pizza place too. Also average level japanese restaurant right in the same building. But if you want to see city, you would need to drive 15-20 to the area close to Ritz or Four Seasons. That area is definitely my choice for walks and restaurants ( especially in these hotels). They do not have SPA but they do have beautiful pool and steam room and gym. I was not impressed by dinner in their restaurant. Overall I liked the hotel, facility and service that is fairly priced

Not the best location + 24hours construction noise (city metro line unde4 construction). Great service and frendly stuff. But cost- benefit doesnt work at all. Noise, no Spa treatments problematic breakfast

Great Hotel but I had trouble with the address and directions! I think they need to upgrade their details

A rather new hotel in an old residential neighborhood. Need to walk for a few minutes before getting to subway station and public transit. The interior of rooms are nicely maintained and cleaned. Room size is spacious with a fully function kitchenette.

Spacious rooms with large bathroom and kitchen. Clean and consistent of the Kempinski brand.
