El personal muy amable. Y el general el hotel muy bien y con buenas instalaciones. Recomiendo pillar la opción con desayuno ya que si lo compras una vez estás allí es más caro. Recomendable la piscina y el gimnasio. El personal de recepción habla inglés pero fuera de ahí recomendado usar algún traductor para comunicarse (gym y piscina). El hotel está situado en un distrito financiero y sé que hay una parada de metro cerca pero nosotros nos movimos en taxi (recomendable la aplicación DiDi).

I purchased the deluxe king size bed room, however, when I checked in, I was told that all the deluxe King size room was taken. The manager asked whether can I top up xx per night to upgrade to a super vip king size room. I rejected because I will have difficulties explaining to my boss about the extra cost.
During my stay, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room to me was a nice size considering I'm the only one in it. I love bed that was hard, and this is the only hotel that uses hard bed.
I was told later when I checked out that the manager who served me during my checked in, did a free upgrade to the super vip King size room for me.
Overall the staff were friendly, except for 1 or 2 who doesn't have a lot of smiles. I got a feeling they are just temp staff that the hotel hired. The nearest plaza will be Wanda plaza, which will take 20 mins by foot. There are some small stalls surrounding the hotel, so if you are lazy to walk to wanada plaza, can have quick dinner or buy some snacks at those surrounding stalls.

Het ontbijt was pover, kamers waren zogezegd rookvrij, maar als de airconditioning opstond kwam sigarettenrook de kamer binnen. Kamerbreed dik tapijt is niet meer van deze tijd.

The service is good, even though the staff didn't understand English, they tried their best to help us. It was bit difficult to communicate with the reception, but they tried hard to help us. They have arranged our breakfast for take away, as we have to leave our hotel early in the morning around 6am. Over all fantastic experience.

The staff is great! The carpet in our room was significantly stained. Nice size king bed that doesn’t let you forget you’re traveling in an Asian country. They are quite HARD if you are used to beds in North America or Europe

Comfortable staying with a broad variety of connected hotel activities including swimming, bowling, tennis, gym and pingis. Nice, clean and large room. Friendly staff although not everyone comfortable with English, but they always phoned someone who was that came and helped. Have also an airport shuttle bus nearby. A bit far from all typical tourist sights but nearby a subway on the red line.

Nice hotel with an impressive gym, swimming, bowling, tennis and pingis area connected. Our room was large and overall very clean although it smelled liked someone before had smoked marijuana in the room. Not many of the staff are comfortable with english but they are on the other hand quick to call for someone who is. The hotel is quite close to a subway station but the station itself is very far from most tourist attractions.

近くにスーパーの入っているワンダ百貨店があり、買い物、食事
にも便利。
ホテルと同じブロックにもローカルのレストラン数軒ありよい立地。
浴槽脚を延ばせて心地よく、シャワールームに滑り止めマットがあったことも
よいポイントでした。
ただ、なぜか部屋の電気が突然消えることが不定期に起きた。

The stuff are very friendly. The hotel rooms are very clean. I really enjoyed talking with the cleaning lady while she tidied up the room. Mom enjoyed the bath tab every night. The best time to use the swimming pool is in the afternoon at about 3, at lease use my own visit to avoid the crowd. The sauna opens at 9 am. Over all it was a wonderful stay here. Highly recommended!

proche de la station, chambre énorme et magnifique, personnel un peu lourd sur les photos (je suis noire) donc pas assez professionnel mais qui parlent l’anglais contrairement à d’autres hôtels à pekin et petit déjeuner pas exceptionnel pour le prix. super équipement de sport.
