Moxy Xi'an Downtown

房間窗外景色一邊是工地爛地，另一邊是草叢。 辦理入住時前台男服務員C不熱情，完全沒有笑容。 房間淋浴水溫忽冷忽熱，住了三個晚上也是一樣。

Steps to the Bell Tower and subway, yet quiet and tucked away. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel near metro, and shops. Breakfast limited. There is laudry machine. Room size good. Many many hooks. Bed comfortable. Only think didn't like the corridor color, dark green!

Excelente hospedagem. O valor do hotel pela localização e pelo que é oferecido é sensacional. Equipe muito prestativa, quartos grandes e tudo novo. Ficaria novamente com certeza!

A really modern and clean hotel in a fantastic location in Xi’an, walkable to Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and all of central Xi’an. The room was comfortable and nicely designed. The reception/living area was pleasant and the laundry room was free to use and convenient. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The only problem was that every evening, there was incredibly loud music playing from a bar downstairs. When sitting in the reception/living area, the vibrations from the bass made the reception area physically shake. The music was also audible and the bass could be felt in our rooms even though we were up on the 6th floor. It continued until 1am most nights of our stay. It seems a shame as the rest of the hotel was great.

Unser Zimmer war ziemlich groß, sehr sauber, ruhig und gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und für Xi’an optimal gewesen. Der Moxy Style ist einfach lustig und man findet in diesen Hotels in jeder Ecke etwas fürs Auge. Wir konnten unsere Wäsche waschen (kostenlos) und den Fitnessraum nutzen. Insgesamt für mich das beste Hotel auf unserer Rundreise. Besser als das Hotel ist nur das Personal selbst. So freundlich und hilfsbereit, teilweise mit super Englisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location for a great price in the heart of ancient Xi'an. The hotel itself is very new and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Really like the hotel's boutique feel and hip design. Staff was friendly and lots of amenities were provided. Would stay here again!

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is definitely in my top five! Ultra cool vibe, BRILLIANT location, impeccable service - I will be back! There is so much to see and do in the immediate area with plenty of shops and dining options. Only 200m from the Bell Tower. Staff were friendly and very obliging. Special shout out to Simon - an absolute gentleman. It seems that these guys actually do recycle plastic bottles - a lot of hotels don't! Not sure if they recycle glass, metal and paper. The area is very safe. A short stroll to the Drum Tower and Moslem St or the South Gate. It was a brilliant experience and I hope to repeat it again very soon.

Really difficult to find, but other than that it was really a nice hotel.

Really great hotel, clean, modern, comfortable, nice design and delicious breakfast. The only thing I found strange and complicated was that most of the front desk staff did not speak even basic english. We had to go back and forth with a translator app and even then in was difficult. Otherwise it was great!

Hotel was in a good location and the decor was nice and hip. The room had many accommodations. The only issue I had was the temperature of their AC units. Every night I had to sleep with my blanket covers off due to how hot the rooms were. Although, I had the AC down to other lowest temperature, the rooms were still stuffy and warm. The lady at the front, informed us that they turn off the AC on their end and only semi cooled air comes from the air vent. I noticed that it was colder in the hallways and common areas more than our rooms. We left our room door open to the hallways to cool our room when it was too hot in the room

We had never stayed at a Moxy brand hotel before but really loved our experience snd trip to Xi'an. The location was EXCELLENT very close to the bell tower, wall gate and Muslim quarter for tasty treats. Hotel staff were friendly and super helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, modern vibes, and clean. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in Xi'an.
