So different from the pictures seen at the website. Smell terrible due to uncleaness and day time noise due to the construciton of subway across the road. Mosquito come out due to uncleaness and window open.

체크 인 후 방에 가보니 창문이 없습니다. 독방에 갇힌채 밤 낮이 없이 보낸 힘든 여정 이었습니다. 창문 있는 방으로 교체를 요구하자 1박당 200위안을 요구 하더군요.... 세상에.... 예약시 창문이 없다고 사전에 고지가 되었더라면 저는 이 호텔에 안 갔죠... 창문없는 호텔이라 수백번 이상 호텔을 이용 했지만 4성급 호텔에서 있을 수 없는 일이죠.. 참으로 답답 했습니다.

Albergo di media qualità, il prezzo pagato imposto dal bisogno di camere durante la fiera di Canton. Niente di particolare anche se non ho riscontrato nulla di negativo, solo tanta mediocrità. Non ritornerò.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews. And honestly wasn’t horrible however it was definitely not a 4 star. Guess for the price tho what did I expect? Should at least change to 3? I don’t even know. Rooms smell really bad like mould.

第二次入住了, 上次攞房時前枱總是找不到我的預訂, 不聽人提議用英文名字查找, 搞了半小時. 今次我強調是用英文名訂房的, 不用一分鐘就找到. 房間整體很好, 景觀就沒有, 隔音不太好, 還好鄰房很安靜, 就是床頭按電制的聲音也聽到. 自助早餐一般, 食物雖然有火熱着, 但在面的還是冷的. 服務員很幫忙, 借電話充電線很快送到.

給回鄉証前台查找訂房時就只用中文名字查, 多次叫他們試用英文名字查也聽不進去, 訂房訊息給他們看(有訂房編號), 總說找不到, 又找酒店銷售部, 又叫我找訂購商, 最後花了差不多半小時, 再問我拿確認訂房訊息來看(已看了多次), 才驚覺訂單是用英文名字訂的, 就立即找到. 唉! 只自顧查找, 不聽人說, 早跟他說試用英文找就是不理會. 除此之外, 酒店卻非常滿意, 乾淨整潔, 寬敞舒適, 自助早餐也很不錯. 就是碰上交易會開幕, 酒店很多人, 吃早餐時找位置也較困難.

Bunu havalimaninda ogrenmis olmamiz cok buyuk talihsizlik, hem gidis hem donus icin taksi tutmak zorunda kaldik, toplamda 100 USD civarinda hesabimizda olmayan bir taksi parasi vermemiz gerekti.

This was a very bad experience. I was travelling a lot week I arrived at this hotel, looking forward to a good sleep. I was wrong for expecting good service. The photos of the rooms are far off from what the rooms actually were. Most people would agree hotels often dazzle their photos to make themselves appear more attractive, but this was worse. The interior of the room was filthy. My room in particular, 1103, has a horrible toilet stench to it. There is even an exhaust fan in the bedroom itself, not that the smell could go away. The staff at the front desk if not useless, are rude and unprofessional. There were two girls that I could not understand at all what they were trying to say half the time, even though I spoke fluent Chinese. These girls have NO passion at all for their job. It seemed as though they were doing me a life favour the entire time, and I was very put off by their lack of service. Their faces often expressed FRUSTRATION at me. I had to print something off from front desk and ask for their help. They told me they could not download the .PDF document. I said that this is impossible, and .PDF documents can be downloaded and printed easily. She denied this. I told her to show me the screen, to which she moved it towards me about an inch, and then told me that she couldn't move it anymore. I asked if I could come around the counter and have a look, she refused. Told me to go to a printing store. This was shocking. Never will I recommend this place. So bad.

Ubicado en una buena zona, segura. Hotel normal pero buen desayuno y atención.

It is a great hotel with nice room and great food.

The food was good. The staff tried their best despite of their poorly spoken English. The room smelled really bad and had black mold up to 4 feet high that made me sick. The wallpaper was cracked and peeled at the bottom and I couldn't change the room. I will never stay at this hotel again.

שלחתם אותי למלון בשיפוצים. אישרתם הזמנה ללא ידיעת המלון! לא שהינו במלון ולו לילה אחד! עוגמת נפש גדולה...ובחוסר ברירה הזמנו במקום מלון יקר יותר ומרוחק יותר.....
